Dan Panorama Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv, Israel

The hotel

The setting of this hotel is quite something. You'll be just steps from Tel Aviv's lively beachfront and a stroll to Jaffa Old City and the hip-and-happening Port. Check out the sights and smells of the vibrant Carmel Market and perhaps haggle for spices and local treats. It's not all about the location though. Little ones will love it at Dan Panorama — as well as making sandcastles, they can splash around in one of the largest pools in Tel Aviv and have fun in the kids’ club. And while they’re playing, you can head to the spa for some well-deserved me time.

I’ve stayed here 4 times 2021 Staff friendly, hotel up to standard Food fine, buffet style, I’ve been isolating so room service delivery They reply to all my requests, ie., t bags, fresh milk etc, no worries I would get you to have a decent view, over the pool or towards the sea, very important if isolating

The staff was very rude, usually not answering the calls or when answering very impolite! The room renovation was old and not clean! The sheets were ripped and dirty! It was very dusty in the room and dirt marks were everywhere, especially in the bathroom!

Although I am in quarantine, I feel like I have booked a five star hotel. The room is very clean, the bathroom large and modern, a nice little balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff is beyond exceptional. Everything I ask for, they rush to do. More vegetables with my meals? Done. Extra spoons? Done. They are friendly, have the best sense of… Read more

The staff is beyond exceptional. Everything I ask for, they rush to do. More vegetables with my meals? Done. Extra spoons? Done. They are friendly, have the best sense of humor, sometimes I feel like calling for things just because I get to talk to really nice and amusing people. Once this Covid business is over, I would definitely return here whenever I visit Tel Aviv. Here are two views from my room, daytime and obviously sunset. These views are really making the quarantine far more tolerable, but the staff is really what makes it exceptional. Read less

Hi Chaim, Thank you for the great service. I would like to elaborate my overall experience. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast has many options to have. variety in all aspects. But I was curious why you don't offer Falafel which is the most popular dishes in Israel. Room service is also nice.

We were welcomed by a very attentive gentleman at the front desk who helped us get into our room early as we were tired from an overnight flight. It felt like we were being persueded to give him a tip as well though. The rooms are in desparate need to be renoveated as they are crumbling. It felt like we were being persueded to give him a tip as well though. The rooms are in desparate need to be renoveated as they are crumbling. The food however was very good - lots of selection at breakfast, and hot. Location is wonderful, close to Carmel makret and the beach. Read less
