First they could not give us the room we requested even though it was called in and confirmed a day before. then They switched the rooms three times. But the most horrific part of this stay was that the power of the hotel went out for hours at night. Was on a important Video conference and was disconnected without any warning. Hotel could not explain why power went out. Phone did not work either and were out all night. Very dangerous and unexcusable. Do not stay here! Hotel is old and outdated, staff constantly lies and there is zero customer support! Read less

The rooms are run down Should have been renovated a long time ago. Bathroom is tiny for 2 people. When I asked why the fridge isn’t working I got the answer this is not a fridge but a box that keeps the temperature Never heard this before Staff could be friendlier. Dinner Thursday was very medium . Although variety was big the trout was dry and unbeatable as was the steak. Friday night dinner was better. Breakfast Saturday was a disaster. Would not recommend the massage in the Spa I had a masseur that didn’t stock talking Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Average hotel, poor reservation policy

Feb 12, 2020 AlanL757 Bellevue, Washington

The hotel was older, but adequate in amenities. For business travel it is unacceptable - they would not adjust the length of stay at the hotel, even though the reservation restrictions permitted it. Asked multiple times, but got no accommodation from hotel staff. Probably fine for tour groups, but I would not book as an individual traveler.
