I stayed here as part of a globus tour. The hotel is stunningly beautiful with wonderful views from the lobby of the beach and lovely sunsets. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The food is pretty good but some of the food wasn't cooked through and the omelette guy ruined them by overcooking. The rooms were ok but nothing special and the cooking… Read more

The food is pretty good but some of the food wasn't cooked through and the omelette guy ruined them by overcooking. The rooms were ok but nothing special and the cooking was an issue so I have stopped just short of a 5* review but I would nevertheless whole heartedly recommend this hotel. Read less

This hotel has an excellent location. The food at this hotel had excellent selection from the buffet, very fresh. The rooms were clean. Some renovation to the rooms is needed for upkeep of maintenance, but still would recommend this hotel.

Far from 5* / unprofessional and unorganized staff / room fees were charged when checked-in / not enough staff at breakfast and all very chaotic / old hotel needs refurbishment / staff need to be trained for a service matching a 5* hotel / hotel close to highway and very loud / rooms have no direct sea view, only few rooms have a good side view to… Read more

Our room was quite small but had a view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. Not every day we find ourselves at such an amazing location. Another plus is the wonderful buffet breakfast. Always looked forward to the delicious dates grown in the area. Only thing missing was our oatmeal, but lots of other tasty things to fill us up. Even at our breakfast we had views of the lovely sea. So neat! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Worst “5-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed at

The hotel facilities are nowhere close to 5-star standards and desperately need some serious renovation. We stayed in a twin bed room. The bathroom looked so dated and constantly exerted a gross smell from the toilet and the pipes. Cleaning was unthorough (stains on the sink, trash bin left on the toilet one day by the cleaning staff, no vacuum of the hair on the floor). The service was also extremely underwhelming. I ordered room service one night. It was only two items that I ordered and the kitchen messed one up even after me double clarifying over the phone. The restaurant in the basement was way overpriced and the one in the lobby was severely understaffed. The only highlight might be the breakfast buffet which was a good variety. Overall we had a very unpleasant stay and don’t think the hotel deserves a luxury rating. Read less
