Bellboy was very rude and not patient. Check in was a bit slow, sometimes only one person at the desk. Rooms - condition in room is really out dated, furniture and closets are cracked and old, carpets have stains on them, room not really clean, faucet in bathroom is too close to sink, very not comfortable, balcony windows were not clean, requested house keeping to come and clean them. Great service attitude personal: Adi, Kate, Esther in reception desk and Eran in the dining room, who compensated on some other rude service persons that we encountered. Read less

Check in was spotty, room was very dirty and in need of a lot of touch up (seems like nothing was done in past two year from Covid). Dinner during Passover and Friday Shabbath was outstanding then fell way off after that. There were huge pots of hot food that had no way of being consumed, a big waste. Breakfast was OK but again dropped off after Shabbath. Ordering glass of wine or a bottle at dinner was a major task. The positives is that it has a great view of the ocean and very convenient to go swimming, but pool closes at 6:00. Also, our room was close to a major street and we heard a lot of noise all night. The hotel is in a great location but the system is dated. Check-in takes about 15 minutes per person and that's no guarantee it went flawless. If you are behind in line that can take over an hour waiting time. The front desk staff is not all aware of the situation in the Hotel. If you are behind in line that can take over an hour waiting time. The front desk staff is not all aware of the situation in the Hotel. For example, we were informed that the lounge was closed, while this was included in the price, it turned out to be open. I must honestly say that there is a lot of difference in staff, there are also very good staff members who correct the mistakes of the lesser staff members. Read less

The hotel is in a good location on the beach, but please note that there isn’t much up this end it’s all down the Jaffa end now all the life and restaurants. The hotel is ok but I have stayed in all the other hotels at the front over the years and this was the worst service ever.
