We visited the hotel for a day of breakfast and spa. The hotel is very relaxing. Oscar from the customer service has made our stay even more memorable. The spa is relaxing and very clean. Staff is very attentive and the massage was great. Will definitely return.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and paid around £250 average for the 3 nights. I found that expensive considering the room I had was on the 3rd floor on the side of the building. I was pretty much above the carpark entrance and seemingly also where deliveries are made to the hotel. So, it was very noisy till quite late and early in the morning. The view was also terrible of old run down buildings. Also, given the outside temperature was only 18c, I had to use the aircon constantly as when I switched it off, the room (307) would get very hot, very quickly to around 29c. Breakfast was also around £30 which is very expensive. Even when you compare this to other hotels around the world, £30 for a breakfast is very high. The hotel is very nice in parts inside and I think if you get a room higher and at the front of the hotel, then the views would be much better. I was overall disappointed though. Read less

We didn’t like the smell of the towels provided. Noise isolation to other rooms could be better. Breakfast was superior. Oscar one manager of service during breakfast hours… Read more

We didn’t like the smell of the towels provided. Noise isolation to other rooms could be better. Breakfast was superior. Oscar one manager of service during breakfast hours provided excellent customer service. When booking (though Meiers Weltreisen) we have not been informed, that the pool is out of service in winter months. For Tel-Aviv the hotel is priced in line with other luxury hotels in town.
