Nevertheless, the whole breakfast experience is disappointing. You get to choose only one menu out of 6-7 options (no buffet) and wait for your order which is the worst part. I normally had to wait around 10 minutes for a dish of muesli with fruits but one day I had to wait for 45 minutes! In fact, after 20 minutes I notified the staff that other guests that had come after me were already served and they reassured me that my order is being prepared but I had to wait another 25min for eventually being served. I was of course late for my meetings and quite frustrated for starting my day like this. Overall, I can't say this is a bad hotel but the whole breakfast procedure, waiting for the beeper and all, is just something to be fixed asap. Read less

Booked corner queen room at booking, had to insist that I receive category I payed higher price for. Regular rooms too small for two. Corner room very nice. Great linen and pillows, clean and low key pleasant. Friendly but inexperienced staff. No room to leave luggage which is a security risk. Am/ pm store right near by. Good gym.

The hotel embodies Tel Aviv chic. It's in a fancy area, and it exudes cool. Style, cool art, modern and new rooms. So far so good. But then the little things. A towel so small you'd think it was designed for midgets. And what does every Israeli hotel room have? A pot for making coffee or tea in your room. But here? Sorry sir, you have to purchase… Read more

Sorry sir, you have to purchase coffee (11 shekels, no thanks) at the coffee shop by the front desk. On the positive side: A gym to die for. New equipment, sparkling clean. Read less

I discovered the hub on the bottom floor of Link Hotel and it is my new favorite place to meet up..mainly for work. The design is lovely...There are private rooms to rent for meetings and the staff are so nice and easygoing. It is in a great location and even tho I have yet to see the rooms personally -my friend was really happy here.
