the food was great. Many thanks to the chef. We ordered starters, mains, and desserts: wings, chicken fajita, burger, and shepard’s pie. All the dishes were delicious. Desserts were perfect as well. We also had a nice time playing pool right in the restaurant. Great service from Loraine. 10/10.

The experience was great so I am looking forward to the new build for 2026. A little disappointed the the wheel is still broken as that was the main attraction for me. Sunita done a great job with our room for our honeymoon arrival. The resort is beautiful inside and out the facilities and staff are 5 star. Everything has been more perfect than we could have expected. Would highly recommend for couples looking to get away as well as families with young children.

A clean and energy filled family style resort. Rooms are clean, well kept, and serviced regularly. Attending a conference during the day, we enjoyed the pool, beach, and other amenities during the afternoons and evenings. Great fitness centre and spa, lots of restaurants and bars, and JBR Beach Walk is only a few steps away. Rosario met us and showed us to our room and provided a thorough orientation of the property and the room’s many features. Our only complaint was Miguel, the sales guy who lurks around the hallways between the lobby and guest elevators. His job is to convince guests to take a free trip to view a new 6-star property under construction by Habtoor family (Habtoor City). At first, he is friendly and unassuming, but he does not take no for an answer. He quickly went from friendly to pushy. It was impossible to walk from the lobby to the guest elevator without him stopping you and giving full court press. To avoid him, we started taking a flight of stairs from the Lobby Level (LL) down to the Ground Floor (GF). From there, we could take our normal elevator ride to our room without being accosted by what can only be described as a pesky mosquito-like salesman. Finally, upon checkout, we were asked if we consumed anything from the minibar to which we said, ‘no’. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across 5 continents. This is the first time I’ve been asked this question and they did not believe me. After calling up to a room attendant to take inventory of the minibar, we waited 10 minutes for a confirmation that we were indeed telling the truth. I only write this last part to advise you to budget extra 10-15 minutes at checkout. If you called an Uber or taxi service to the airport realize that they will need to wait. Read less
