Great location! We wanted to catch a Celtics game and the garden is only a 20 minute walk. The hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. Check in went flawlessly. I booked directly through them. They have an on-site parking garage with access right next to the front door. The garage and outside entrance were very clean and covered thankfully because it rained the entire weekend. Lobby areas elevators and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and all personnel were friendly and attentive. The rooms were typical hotel rooms in this price range (200-250) with TV, closet, clean refrigerator, safe, bathroom, desk. We has 2 "queens". 1st complaint beds were pretty small for "queens" but comfortable. We check for bedbugs at every hotel and NONE here but appeared to be blood on the mattress. And 2nd complaint was the pool. It was dirty (green) and the tiles around the side were lifted and filled mostly with a calking. Where it wasn't filled it appeared to have a black substance on it. Other than this it is a decent place for the price. This was our second stay here and convenient to everywhere in that area. I recommend! Read less

I don't normally stay at Sonestas but was here for a sporting event. Excellent service, comfortable beds with great amenities, easy walk to TDGarden. A bonus is the ARTBAR restaurant onsite. Very good food, fun igloos outside with great views of the river. Would definitely book here again.

Older hotel but very clean, nice staff, food was good. My only complaint is the smell when you walk into the lobby. The fragrance is so strong and overpowering and reeks of a scent reminiscent of a 14 year old boy with his first bottle of axe body spray. That’s the only was to describe it. Not sure who chose the scent but they need to reconsider… Read more
