Property is chic and well designed. Check in staff were well trained and made my stay super pleasant. Food in the hotel restaurant was yummy, as too was food from local eateris at the Pike. Shopping was cute too! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Hyatt centric is one of the best spots to experience the New Years Eve festivities. The waterfront is right across the street, there are lots of good shopping and restaurants (outback, hooters, etc), and the parking garage is convenient located next to the hotel. We watched the east coast fireworks show on the waterfront and headed back to the room for the west coast countdown. Sadly, our room faced the parking garage and not towards the water so we only heard second fireworks show. The junior suite rooms are large enough with chairs, benches and couches to comfortably host 8 people in the room. We really appreciated the half wall that separates the bedroom area from the living area as it blocked some of the light so our baby could sleep in near darkness. The Globalist breakfast allowance was very generous ($54 credit) and the restaurant serves fantastic, healthy food. Price wise, everything was cheap compared to LA. Parking was $16 for 24 hours at the nearby garage, drinks were under $15, and breakfast entrees averaged $13. Read less

Was made to wait till 3pm to check in , which was unusual compared to my past Hyatt member stays . The hotel is a small boutique hotel with aged furnishing, .The property does not comapare well with the bigger and brighter Hyatt regency 2 blocks away . Checked out within 3 hours of checking in .

The hotel is a few min walk to Pike Outlet. There was street parking right across from the hotel which is free from 9am-9pm - essentially overnight. We asked for a renovated room, but there were none available. Our room was 314 and it was a really great room. Has a decent size living room area with couch and tv that can rotate between the living room and the bedroom. Bathroom seemed brand new with marble-like design. I try to keep my fitness going when I travel, and this is one of the best gyms I've been in. It's very small, but has 2 treadmills, upright bike, 2 elipticals, and even a cycling bike. Weights and other exercise equipment were new. When I went into the gym, it was well organized and clean. The hotel gave us breakfast as globalist status, and we had a nice french toast and eggs benedict. The soy latte was piping hot, which I appreciated. Overall, friendly staff and a great stay. Well definitely return. Read less
