I was impressed with the staff and service, as well as the maintenence of the room. Next time I will stay on a different floor to be closer to the conference room, but other than that I loved my room.

I have stayed at the property three years in a row. The beds are too high and the showers not accessible for a person in a wheelchair. I have taken time each time to explain how the property can simply fix the issues and detailed them in writing and all have been ignored

My second stay, both in April. Room is clean, quiet and well appointed. Outdoor pool and hot tub are exceptionally clean, warm and open for use. Food, drinks and booze are VERY over priced. Staff, housekeeping, check-in and check-out are flawless.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the beach and the Lake Tahoe trail. It also is nearby a mall with great restaurants. The staff is super friendly and will converse easily with you while in the lobby, the elevator or on the premises. If you like quiet and peaceful, you can hang out by the outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was one of the best experiences I ever had at a hotel resort. The front desk was very accommodating, polite, and informative. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade to one of the hotel's suites. Me and my family will book future stays at this hotel!
