Very clean and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. My wife enjoyed the oversized bathtub and the shower was very nice as well. Would recommend to others to stay at Mandalay Bay. Very pretty lobby all decorated for Christmas.

Everything was perfect: clean and comfortable room, nice staff, quick check-in and check-out, good local restaurants, etc. However, the drink prices were shocking. A glass of cheap wine was $14.00. Next time, we'll walk across the street and get a bottle.

My rate was good but they added a $37 resort fee, $15 self parking and what did I get for the resort fee? Access to the gym (I didn’t use) and internet (which is free now so why charge?) water in the room was $12 a bottle and the next day I made coffee with a pod provided and they charged me $12. Are you kidding me? We all know pods cost 40 cents. I checked out and went to The Renaissance for the next 4 nights. They waived the resort fee, gave me two free bottles of water per day, two free coffee pods per day, free happy hour foods, and two free breakfast. The room was just as nice as Mandalay Bay although it’s off the strip. But I didn’t care. I felt appreciated. Read less

The room was great, but I wouldn’t stay there again for 1 reason. Coffee. The Mandalay Bay is at the end of the strip and they know it, so they hold you hostage to your caffeine needs. Coffee in the crappy little coffee maker in the room is $12. I was willing to pay an overpriced $5.50 at one of their vendors in the hotel, but the lines were so… Read more

Next time I’ll stay somewhere that understands the basics of hospitality. Read less
