Love this place. Best place for a family getaway on the strip. Close enough to the action, but far enough away from the crazies. The wave pool and the crazy river were perfect for the kids while the wife and I enjoyed the sun and a few cocktails.

NICE PLACE TO STAY!!! One of the better hotels on the strip. Tram ride to Excalibur was convenient to other resorts, shopping, and numerous restaraunts! Wish the pool area was open later, closes at 8pm.....

Check in took over an hour at 1130pm. Service was poor at more than one restaurant. Room was too warm and the digital scale of the mini bar and snack tray is ridiculous! It's a shame that you have to walk to the vending area to avoid spending 28 dollars for a bottle of water.

Was only here for one night, but enjoyed my very short stay. It is a nice and clean hotel at the far end of the strip by the airport. We had good customer service at check in and was satisfied with our Elite King Suite with a premium view (the strip). You can catch the monorail down to the Excalibur then walk across the crosswalk over to MGM and hang out in that area or catch the MGM monorail to move further down the strip. So even though it is at the far end with not much in walking distance you can still catch the Mandalay Bay monorail to get you back down into all of the action. They have different areas for catching taxis, ubers and shuttles so I would like to see them be more clear with the signs on where exactly you should catch different means of transportation so that you're not standing in the wrong place for a shuttle ride like we were. The sign that pointed us to shuttles on beach level was a different area than the beach level area where we were supposed to be, but didn't see any signs to direct us there. We were finally directed to the correct area by the security guard that kept seeing us walk back and forth with luggage looking confused. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will stay again.
