The Easter egg surprises Halloween night. What a great property! Went to the costume party at “On the record” night club on property is as close to a great Hollywood dive bar as it could get. Definitely recommend a night of dancing there. Also!, try the spicy chicken sandwich next door to the night club on the way back to your room! Not to mention Nomad Bar makes the best drinks in town. Try the whiskey sour! Here are a couple Halloween pics Read less

Having stayed at the old Monte Carlo a couple of times, we were unsure about the remodel and rebranding to Park MGM and NoMad. But not anymore. The building has been beautifully reimagined. NoMad features a separate lobby, which is beautiful. There is also a separate entrance and a secluded hallway with which to access NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar. We stayed in a NoMad king room, which was small but elegant. The hardwood floor is a beautiful touch. The decor was on point, the furnishings were in good shape, and the room just had a cozy feel. The biggest drawback was a nearly total lack of storage. The armoire features very limited hanging space, no usable drawers, and there is no closet in the room. The bathroom is small but clean and attractive. The biggest drawbacks to the bathroom are a lack of space for two people to get ready at the same time, and the fact that our shower literally had no seal on the door, so a couple of gallons of water would leak out upon every shower. Extremely annoying. Overall, though, we loved NoMad, and just as importantly, we love the Park MGM where it is housed. We will definitely be back! Read less

Decided to give the new Nomad hotel a try at the top of the Park MGM. We had previously stayed in the Hotel 32 which is now the Nomad following the remodel of the old Monte Carlo. We received a great offer through the MLife program and decided to stay at that property for my 50th birthday. We arrived Friday afternoon and were happy to see a private's entrance for the hotel with its own valet. The valets and bellmen were very attentive and welcoming. The entrance and lobby area of the hotel are very dimly lit and the decor and furnishing are all darker colors, so the transition from bright sunlight to the dark was a bit shocking. The inside of the lobby area was really nice and akin to a boutique hotel. There were attendants waiting to escort you to the check in and answer any questions. Check in was great and quick. We were offered a suite upgrade for my birthday. The check in was great and the staff was attentive and very welcoming. The elevator entrance is shared with the Park MGM rooms levels, but you need to use your key card to access the Nomad floors. The floor was great with really nice decor. It was very quiet and smelled clean unlike so many other hotels that stink of smoke. The room was great! It had a full walk in closed, a large sitting area and large bathroom. We had one window with a strip view. The sitting area had large floor to ceiling curtains surrounding it but no windows behind it. The decor was vintage shabby chic. Lots of great photographs for artwork. The beds were fantastic; some of the best beds I have slept in in Las Vegas. The Nomad has its own casino rooms with higher limits. We ate dinner at the Nomad restaurant to celebrate my birthday. It was fantastic! It is similar to the Nomad in NY, and is a giant two story library. The food was incredible as was the service. The only complaint was the music was a bit too loud for for a fine dinning experience IMO. Everything about our Nomad experience was great. I had begun considering making the Nomad my new go to hotel in Las Vegas. Read less

The suite had very good light from outside but also had heavy drapes we could clise at night. The mattress was very comfortable with great support but enough softness to not feel hard. Great pillows and linens. We lived the hardwood floors with large oriental type rugs. The elevators servicing the NoMad floors of the Park MGM required your key card for elevator to stop at your floor. The dark hallways in the NoMad area were very relaxing when returning from the loud, bright main casino. There is a bar, restaurant and small casino plus several small rooms like sitting areas where small groups could sit and talk. Read less

I loved the Nomad. The property isn't very "Vegas" - and I mean that in all the best ways/for all the right reasons! Unlike the majority of properties on the strip (filled with bright lights, crowds of people, loud noises of hundreds of slot machines/tables/etc), the Nomad's lobby has a dimly-lit luxe vibe-complete with fresh flowers, antique… Read more

Unlike the majority of properties on the strip (filled with bright lights, crowds of people, loud noises of hundreds of slot machines/tables/etc), the Nomad's lobby has a dimly-lit luxe vibe-complete with fresh flowers, antique style fixtures, ornate carpeting, and velvet drapes - almost "tucked away" right in the middle of the action of the strip. The rooms are beautiful. Kind of how I imagine my dream apartment to be decorated- complete with an amazing soaking top, unique artwork, Johnathan Adler pieces, etc.etc.etc. Overall I had an amazing stay. The service (Tim!) was top notch. Will absolutely stay again. :-) Read less
