Would recommend, staff polite and efficient. We opted for room looking over pool. Hotel has numerous facilities ie Starbucks, restaurants, bars, pizza shop and general shop. It gets busy but has a good atmosphere. The lifts are strange. You put your room floor in and it directs you to lift. We got left to Disney it cost 6 dollars

This is our second annual stay at this hotel for Spring Break vacation to Disneyland. As a lifetime platinum member we were greeted with a warm welcome and given an upgrade at check in. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and everything else in working order. The walls are a tad thin and you do hear noise if people are being a little loud but overall nothing that kept us up at night or disturbed us too terribly. The executive lounge is open on weekdays for breakfast in the morning and hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the evenings. The staff in the lounge is top notch, very personable, always smiling, and going out of their way to assist customers. There is a ART bus stop right in front of the hotel for transport back and forth to Disney. It is the first stop of the route in the morning so you can often get on with little hassle before it moves through to the other stops. The nFuse restaurant is hit or miss. The food is decent, but the service is often inconsistent and there are varying degrees of friendliness of the staff. The restaurant has a bar/lounge area as well as outside seating if desired. They also have a takeaway pizza shop, Marketplace, and Starbucks. The only issue I had (currently unresolved) was when they upgraded my room post initial check in they did not properly transfer the room. Thus, leaving it appear that I had two rooms. This has left me with a pretty large charge on my credit card that I am trying to resolve with them. The only other odd thing that happened was while we were waiting for our room when went to just sit by the pool and have a cocktail and a light snack. One of the servers was going around taking orders from folks and delivering food/drinks on the pool deck (where we were sitting). When I flagged her attention to place an order, she looked at me crazy and said "We don’t provide service out here". I then said, "that’s so odd, you just took two orders from the two families next to us". She then said, "well, I will do it this one time". I thought it was such a strange experience. However, we were on vacay mode and wasn’t going to let a lil grump get in the way of a fantastic day. Read less

Nice room but so noisy. I could hear the elevator all night which disturbed my sleep. The other issue was the TV the Netflix app wouldn’t work. The TV guide was also broken so you had to literally flip through each channel like it was the 90s to see what was on. The room service food was also sub par. I expected much more from Marriott for food.… Read more

I was here for a conference and was very disappointed in the convention center facilities not providing a single gender neutral bathroom. This excludes people with opposite-gender caretakers as well as trans people. I would expect Marriott to care more about making people feel included and have access to essential facilities...

While this hotel is nice, I was shocked by the Marriott's response when guests asked for a Family/Gender Neutral bathroom in the conference area. We had people attending our conference who were told there were no unisex bathrooms available in the common area and nothing could be done to change that. While I understand that California Law only requires single-user toilet facilities to be identified for use by any gender, I would expect a hospitality leader like Marriott to be true to your own core values of people first, excellence, embracing change, integrity, and serving the world. Have you ever needed a bathroom and been forced to use one that you do not identify with? You owe it to your guests to provide at least one gender-neutral/family bathroom in the common area of this hotel to meet this basic human need and show respect for all people. Read less
