We had a great time at this hotel. The parking was included in the "resort fee". We parked in a parking ramp with an elevator. We arrived before noon, but they let us park our rental and then we headed to the parks. When we returned the check in was smooth and quick. We got a very close room on the ground level. The hotel was quiet and clean. We used the pool and hot tub outside. They had pool towels for us to use on a shelf outside by the pool. The front desk people were kind enough to open a bottle of wine for me that we bought at the CVS right next door. The walk to the park was more than two blocks. After two days , the walk seemed longer ! I called ahead to see if they had a shuttle, and the front desk told me yes and even gave me the price, but I never saw a shuttle or heard of anyone using a shuttle, so that topic has not been answered. I wish there was a breakfast included, but we just stopped at CVS for a quick granola bar and ate on the way. I would use this hotel again, but probably will choose something right across the street from the maingate that has a breakfast included next time. Read less

I stayed at this hotel about 20 years ago and absolutely LOVED it...but when I stayed there for a more recent Disneyland trip I was shocked at how much this hotel had fallen down hill. We stayed in a two queen room and when we entered, it smelled bad! The room was hot, so we turned on the a/c which is a central air system and the smell coming out of that was almost as bad. Thankfully we had a balcony, so we could open the window to let it air out. It almost smelled like sewage being covered up by cleaning products. THEN WE FOUND THE CULPRIT! It looked (and smelled) like there was feces on the curtains...disgusting. Walking around the hotel, every room had a different smell. The fitness centre stunk, the kids activity room stunk, the room with the guest laundry machines, ice machine and microwave stunk. It seems like other people have a good experience here, so maybe it was just our room...but if you decide to stay here, don't say I didn't warn you. Read less

Main room had a king bed and back room had a fold out couch and bunk beds. The good: room was large and had separate sleeping areas, close enough to disneyland to walk, clean. The bad: paper thin walls (we could hear someone in the next room snoring and anyone who talked in the hallway), maintenance never came when called, maid service didn't show up the first day, sliding doors between rooms were very difficult to close (didn't slide properly), took 3 requests to finally get a crib up to the room, and no counter space (only had a small area around the sink and then a small table by the couch. Overall... disappointed enough that we won't stay there again. Read less

The hotel is nice but we got placed in a room with two full size beds for a family of 6! We reserved a family sweet but the hotel overbooked. My kids had to sleep on the floor no extra beds. The hotel was not willing to help us so we had to leave early

We stayed for one night so we could visit Disneyland and not drive home exhausted. We got a parking pass to leave our car so we didn't have to pay to park at Disneyland ($25). We finally checked in at 10 p.m. and were quickly checked in and into our room! Somehow we got a handicap room, no big deal. There is a CVS right next door which makes it… Read more
