So we chose this inn because of the location . It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland . However the check in was horrible didn’t explain anything to us WiFi passwords or told us they don’t service the rooms every day . Yes minor problems but still problems . Then since they didn’t have any parking in the Front lot got sent to a parking garage… Read more
So we chose this inn because of the location . It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland . However the check in was horrible didn’t explain anything to us WiFi passwords or told us they don’t service the rooms every day . Yes minor problems but still problems . Then since they didn’t have any parking in the Front lot got sent to a parking garage they share with another hotel. Our room was ok however we had only one small garbage can. And on vacation we could use another can of two with how much garbage we have . The toilet paper wasn’t stocked everyday and room just didn’t seem all tidy and clean . We came back from the park and there weren’t enough wash cloths. I think this should be all taken care of daily . I also did miss a loading zone and unloading zone because being parked in the back we had to haul all of the luggage back and forth. And then after all of this I get a call on my phone today asking for the payment for the fourth night . We had checked out and on our way home . I told them I purchased from Get Away Today and fourth night was free . She said ok let me look in bookkeepers paperwork nevermind we found what we needed thanks have a great day . Seems like there very unorganized . I will not be staying there again . Read less

The night staff is extremely nice and helpful. Walking distance from Disneyland. It would take longer to walk to your car versus here. I will absolutely stay here again 10/10. The location is great, the service is awesome. Also very clean!

Checked in for a two night stay and was blown away by the great customer service provided by Alex. She was so friendly and made me feel like a welcome guest. The hotel itself is in a great location and the rooms were nice.

To start things off, this hotel was very close to Disneyland so we were very pleased about that. I got the suit room with bunk beds for me and my friends for the night. We had been at Disneyland all day long so we were tired and ready to shower and go to bed at this time it was 11:30pm. I checked in up front, they gave me a key, never even told me where our room would be,(1st, or 2nd tower) so we were just guessing where to go, we went to that wrong area so we went back to ask and then they told us it was across the road and on the fifth floor so we luged all of our stuff up there and finally got to the room, (meanwhile my husband is having a hard time finding parking). The hallways leading up to the room had no air conditioning so it was hot.We opened the door and the room was not even ready for us, trash everywhere, it hadn’t been clean for the previous family. Pictures are below. So I called the front desk and they told me to come back and get a new key, so again we grabbed all of our stuff and went back across the road to the lobby and grabbed a new key. We asked them previously at the desk for extra towels blankets and pillows as there was 5 of us. When we got to the new room it was ready for us. We then called again for the extra stuff we asked for already, we waited for 45 mins and no one ever came to give us anything. So we had to share towels and some of us had little to no blankets and pillows. At this point it was already past midnight and we were all tired of waiting. To top this off the king bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve even sat on, thank God my husband brought our air mattress the we slept on instead cause that bed was horrible, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was bad. The air vent in the bathroom was so filled with dust and grime, we work in hotel industry so we notice things like this. I paid $229 for one night for this room and it couldn’t have been worse. Absolutely not worth that much, We we’re really disappointed in this hotel. Read less

Staff at this hotel is amazing! Always greeting you while entering and exiting the property! Very friendly and making sure to advise of policies and changes during the current pandemic! Hope everyone else has a magical time there! Alex is the best!!
