Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel

Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

The hotel

Full disclosure: Hector Elizondo isn’t actually the soft-hearted manager of the Beverly Wilshire, but the spirit of this iconic upscale hotel on Rodeo Drive is very much as it appeared in Pretty Woman: elegant, immaculately finished, and a true event destination that will enhance the glamour of any LA stay immeasurably. From Cut, Wolfgang Puck’s Michelin-starred take on the steakhouse, to the serene, Mediterranean-style pool, and world-class Spa, the Beverly Wilshire offers an unforgettable flavour of Hollywood highlife that’ll stay with you long after the credits roll on your dream holiday.

The reception representative is very professional and explained our room options included choices in the main building, where “rooms are larger.” Well, it was larger, I guess— long and narrow with a view of the windows of the newer tower. It worked out fine... but for over $650/nt with tax, fees, parking, etc, it felt different than last time we stayed... less luxurious. The sheets are still sublime. But... we waited an hour for our very few bags, the TV cannot really be comfortably watched from the bed, we were not given enough water and mini-bar offerings were just ok. It was okay... just not the usual Four Seasons treat. Read less

I know they score highly for such an old worn out Hotel but that’s due to the staff and services they provide & the location they’ve been blessed with. It’s due for a renovation I was told soon let’s wait and see how soon they can deliver that. Until next year Thanks to BW team

I stayed recently at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons. Absolutely superb ! Amazing location (just where Rodeo Drive starts), incredible personalized service, super knowledgeable concierge, they offer complimentary car for nearby drives, rooms are very nicely set up, breakfast is exquisite, nice natural organic juices, etc..

Very old and outdated rooms. They don’t even provide the usual coffee or tea machine in the room. Staff was super nice but the infrastructure was utterly bad: old carpet, curtains. Looks like the rooms are the same as 30 years ago. Not great I would not recommend to anyone especially with such price tag. Doesn’t deserve even the quarter of what… Read more
