We enjoyed our two night stay - nice room with high ceiling (64th floor, city view, two queen beds), automatic/motorized curtains, Nespresso machine, good size bathroom with large walk-in shower, two sinks, and separate (glass partition/door) water closet, big Samsung TV with Bose soundbar speaker, a small refrigerator. As a Diamond member, I received $100 credit ($50/night x 2) to use only at Dawg House bar/restaurant, which we enjoyed, however we wished that we had more choice of restaurants where we could use the credit. No crowds or frequent stops on elevators as they serve only the top several floors where Crockfords rooms are located. Three star rating for two reasons. Check-In: We arrived around 2 pm on Monday afternoon hoping for an early check in. We were told no rooms are ready and we will be called when one is ready. She confirmed my cell phone number and said it may be ready before or after 3 pm. We left our luggage and headed out. No phone call, no missed call, no text, no email until we returned at 6 pm! I didn't get up set, I didn't complain. I simply told her that I received no phone call and asked if the room was ready. The same front desk clerk who promised a phone call didn't even try to explain why we were not called, expressed no apology, and said she needs to speak with her supervisor. I wasn't sure if she was trying to find out why we were not called or if there was an issue with our reservation. She returned a few minutes later. Again, no explanation, no expression of apology. She just said she can now assign us a room. It was past 6 pm and our room had not even been assigned. She spent another few minutes on the computer and finally she gave us our keys. But then when we went to the elevator, none of the three keys we received worked. We had to return to the desk and get another set of keys from another employee. I appreciated him for escorting us to the elevator to ensure that we had no further issues with the keys. The second issue: Clearly the shower had not been cleaned or at least not cleaned properly. There was hair on the shower floor and enough hair on the drain cover that it was visible from across the room. Read less

After reading all the reviews for Crockfords, I was on the fence about taking a risk on all the negative experiences or going with one of the more reliable properties in Las Vegas. I took a chance thinking, most expensive hotel built in LV, what could be so wrong? Pretty much all of the bad experiences mentioned previously with Crockfords, I too can confirm still exist. We booked just 1 night through the AMEX Fine Resorts and Hotels a few weeks ago. At the day of check-in I took a look at the availability on the Hilton website to see if we would have a good chance at an upgrade either through the FRH or our Hilton Diamond status, and sure enough, on a Wednesday there were almost all room types still available for booking. When we got to the hotel to check in, the person assisting wasn't very friendly or helpful. Given my status (FRH and Diamond), I had asked for an upgrade to which I was immediately denied. The reason being no suites available. So I open up the Hilton app on my phone and show him the availability for 1 night which shows a bunch of rooms available including the lowest tier suite. He brushed it off as the Hilton app doesn't always show accurate info. Which makes no sense to me because if I booked the suite right there, would they tell me it wasn't available?! Read less

Upon reading many of the Trip Advisor reviews, I was worried about staying at this hotel. However, given I was in town for Magic at the LVCC it was the most convenient place to stay. I booked through the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program and am also a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. The benefits offered were too good to pass up: - Daily Breakfast for two (up to $33 a person) - A $125 food and beverage credit at participating restaurants - Early check-in - Late check-out - Room upgrade upon availability And, through Hilton Honors, a $25 daily credit per guest (up to two guests) at the Dawg House. None of the limitations on use of credits bothered me at all, the service by all hotel employees (front desk, bellmen, bartenders, housekeeping, etc) was welcoming, friendly and kind. The room (although we weren’t upgraded), was relaxing, upscale and comfortable. Can you hear the neighbors through the walls - yes, but other than sleeping and resting how often are you really in your room? I don’t fault the hotel for this, as it really comes down to the builder/developer and their choice of materials. The casino was big, shopping mall expansive, pool areas just fine and the Boring Tunnel system to the Convention Center in Teslas was pretty cool, efficient and a big draw. I would stay here again for the next show at the LVCC, as the location is highly convenient. The only drawback to Resorts World is that it’s far down on the strip from my usual haunts, but it served its purpose for this trip! PS - the ride-share pick up is not that far away. It’s a five minute walk and all Vegas hotels have expansive areas so no matter where you are, you are walking somewhere! I’d give this hotel a try! Read less

I am not sure if i stayed at the same crockfords as these other reviews. As i was very impressed with the front desk staff. We stayed in the entertainment suite. We arrived at 12pm and only waited 10 minutes for our suite to be ready. I wish i got the womans name who checked us in. As she came to find us to tell us our room was ready. There was some socks left in the drawer from the previous guest but they did rush to get the room done. Our only complaint was when we rented a day bed at the infinity pool. To use the drink and food credit we had to use our specific waitress. I had to go up 3 times before she showed up. This was 45 minutes later. Other guests were using the day beds without renting them and got way better service. We then get our bill only to find out that a 20% tip is already added. This explains why the service was terrible. The other days we didnt bother renting a bed and just went to the bar. Id suggest removing that automatic tip too encourage the staff to actually do their job. Why would they if they know they dont have to do anything. They can go make tips from people who arent automatically forced to tip on the full day bed amount. Read less
