[9:19 AM] Williams, Barbara A. This vacation was really a less than desirable experience. I stayed at the Trump the weekend before and had a great experience. I heard the Crockfords was better but that is not how my sister and I feel. Prior to booking my room, I called and spoke with reps at the hotel to see what was the difference between the Conrad and the Crockfords. I was told there will be a butler and all of these other wonderful perks just for booking with Crockfords. When I first arrived I found out the room I choose on the app was switched. I waited for almost 30 minutes checking in because I requested a corner room and the front desk rep (Kaysan I believe was her name) had to go over to the Conrad side to find me a room. She gave me the key information and assured it was a corner room but when I arrived to 66-179, it surely wasn't a corner room. Later that evening I called down to see about getting my car brought around so I could pick up my sister from the airport and I was told I couldn't do that and I had to come wait f or them to bring my car around. When I picked up the car I was told that there was a designated valet area for Crockfords guest. When I returned to the hotel I was told that I could only use Conrad valet because of the type of room I was in so I had to take my car back and wait in the long line at the Conrad again. I tried using the safe in the room and the entire drawer was broken, the TV sound was broken, and the telephone was broken. I tried calling the front desk for another 20+ minutes before someone answered and was informed by Jessie that he was the only person working that night so that is why he wasn't able to answer the phone. I told Jessie what all was going on in the room and he said he was going to place tickets for them to be fixed. Before I let Jessie go I ordered dinner for me and my sister because I wasnt sure if we were going to get an answer again and we were starving!!! About 20 minutes Arrod and Mitch arrived to the room to fix the TV sound, inform me that the phone didnt have a cord so that is why it wasn't working, and then they proceeded to fix the safe drawer by totally removing all the drawers from the dresser and breaking the front of drawer with the safe. My sister and I ate our $500+ dinner with the repair men on the floor for the majority of our dinner. Thankfully Joycelyn the housekeeper came the next morning and felt bad about our experience and reported the incident to her managers who made some calls and got our drawers placed back in the dresser. I guess it shouldnt have surprised me that there was no complimentary breakfast at Juniors restaurant as Kaysan informed of but she did accurately state there will be complimentary pastries and fruit in the Crockfords lobby. I will be brutally honest and say the complimentary breakfast is also quite lacking and not what I was expecting. I could do better than an upscale poptart and a cutie orange lol. That is me being sarcastic but very descriptive of what I ate on the second day prior to check out. By the end of the stay we had a going joke calling the hotel the 20 minute Crock because everything was a 20 minute wait and stating we got the sale end clearance room. All in all, I didnt feel as if this was a luxurious stay for me and my sisters weekend get away and I dont see myself staying or recommending this hotel to anyone in the future. Read less

I have two complaints. 1. The last time I was there the food credit applied at multiple locations. This time it could only be used at the Dawg House. Seriously, how many Crockford’s guests are going to eat hotdogs? 2. We had trouble with the valet parking system (not the attendants) every day. It wasted a lot of time. I was told because of this the valet parking was going to be comped. Guess what? It wasn’t done. I had to wait on a manager this morning to even get one day covered. Read less

If you like to stay at a hotel that’s expensive and where the service is non-existent then Crockfords is the place for you. In fairness, our stay was over Thanksgiving so it’s understandable that the hotel employees may not have been at their best however literally having to run around the hotel to find someone to help us with our bags, having to flag down our own taxi every time we left prooerty, having birthday ballon’s, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries ($300 plus a very generous tip) ) delivered to the wrong room after continuously confirming the right room for delivery is not only inexcusable it’s an out right slap in the face. As for the rooms, cleanliness etc… certainly not nice enough to outweigh the complete lack of service. PS. Crockfords please don’t respond by saying “we’re sorry you were unhappy with your stay, we strive to give our clients the best possible service etc… B.S. response. Multiple reviewers have complained and clearly your just giving lip service. Fix your problems so those that may stay here at their own risk in the future leave feeling well taken care of, excited to return and happy they ignored this scathing review if they’ve read it. As a Hilton Diamond member, I've never been more disappointed. Particularly at an LXR property, which is supposedly their highest tier. - Check-in was pushed to the Conrad lobby with a long line (even though they have a Crockfords lobby?) - Had issues with maid service and delivery of additional coffee pods (only 2 were in the room) - Was given no explanation of benefits and figured my dining credit would apply to any restaurant in the resort like other Hilton branded hotels. Room charged at restaurants like normal and was told at checkout that none of it applied. That I should have checked the app or scanned a QR code in my room to learn that I could only apply my Diamond credit at one restaurant (Dawg House?! A sports bar?!?). - Did not receive any Hilton points for my room charges. Reached out to Crockfords after the fact about this and they appeared to not even fully read my request. Said that a points stay doesn't provide points and that any incidentals/charges do (my hundreds of dollars in restaurant charges are incidentals, look at my receipt before responding). For what is supposed to be a premiere property, this is ridiculous. I've had better service at a Home2Suites- A hilton property that gives 50 percent of points to a dollar. I stayed at the top property in Resorts World- Not the Hilton... Not the Conrad... The LXR, and this is how they treat people? Should have believed the other TripAdvisor reviews. Won't stay here again. MGM has always taken care of me (and allowed me to apply my credit wherever I please at any of their properties). What a Fail. Read less

I am writing this to offset some of what I believe are unfair reviews of the Crockfords at Resort World Las Vegas. First the resort is clean, new and very enjoyable. Lots of the center strip places have a run down fell we did not get that at all from Resorts World. We booked a standard room in early Nov. Many have complained about the check-in process. I don't follow why people have issues. They emailed us stating we should check at the Crockfords desk in the Conrad Lobby with the correct address for our cab. There were 2 people working and we were worked with right away. Our room was upgraded to a one-bedroom city view suite which was amazing and ready, even though we arrived early! Then we were walked to the correct elevator and givin a resort overview to begin our trip. I note this because many of the reviews were complaining about the check in. I observed the desk line length throughout the trip was low and we stopped by a few times to ask questions and for assistance and all those interactions were wonderful. We also used the Crockfords lobby as well and its beautifully appointed and a nice place to relax. We used the pools and hotel dining and at every point we enjoyed our experience. The only item that was frustrating is that as Hilton member the daily resort credit is only good at one location which wasn't open for breakfast. That really should be corrected. The suite was clean fresh and has great views. The extra powder room is a nice touch as we had friends visit. The bath products were wonderful as was the house keeping staff. Resorts World is using the Grubhub app to deliver food throughout the entire property. If you wanted Suns and Buns at the pool, they will bring it there. If you wanted the Steakhouse in your room, they would bring it there. I was doubtful of this working, but I was proven wrong it's very easy to do and the service was great. Food at the pool was also very good. The burger is amazing, and the pools were heated so that even with the weather in the 70s it was comfortable in the water. Is it a bit far from the main part of the strip? Sure but I would/will stay their again. Read less
