Image of the Tripadvisor rating Best view in vegas

The view is definitely the No.1 in vegas, and the hot tub is amazingly comfortable beside the balcony. The room itself is not very impressive but definitely not below the average. Check in line wait time can be very long so better not come here during 2-4pm. Front desk team is professional and friendly, so as housekeeper.

The check in was slow despite it being late at night and there being plenty of front desk agents. I booked using Hotwire for a really good price. When I saw it was the Cosmopolitan I was pretty excited since it is one of the few hotels on the strip that I have not stayed in. The front desk agent upgraded the room for us and put us in a wrap around terrace suite. It had a view of the Bellagio fountains, which was nice, and a view of the strip. The room was very big. Unfortunately the rooms are in need of a refresh. The carpets have seen better days, the couches have seen probably too many good days on. Just in general the room needs to be modernised. On the day we checked out there was a smell of sewage mixing in with the hotel’s sent. Read less

Check in took over 2+ hours after arriving at 1 AM. If you’re trying to make first impression upon initial entry, this ruined my night v and start to the trip! Check in process is horrible at Cosmopolitan - i would recommend you book elsewhere.

Went there for Thanksgiving. The hotel is great overall, both for the amenties and location. I also got great deals for nights and the dollars were worthy. There are two reasons why I deducted one star. 1) I think they are kind of short of staff. It is very hard to get someone on the phone, and it took us one hour for check in. 2) The hotel's… Read more

Other than those the stay was fine. Read less

The check in took 1 hour (unacceptable). The room was nice and the restaurants and bars were good. Shout out to Brea at Essex and Beauty! (Great bartender). I don’t like the fact that they allow dogs in hotel and people walking their dogs everywhere was annoying. Don’t know that I would stay here again. It is conveniently located on the strip.
