The property is based at Hudson yards, the new IT place on the island of Manhatten. I booked a room and the reservation call was quite helpful and noted all requests well. When i arrived i was welcomed by a happy team who was kind to give me a room facing the hudson river, The rooms are spacious, with mood lights and toilet amenities froom growth alchemist who has curated a special AM/PM line for the chain, which I loved it peronally. 360 view of the city and so much to do within the hotel that you dont have to leave around much. I spent the evening enjoying the outdoor heated and indoor pools. Since the brand is a pioneer in fitness industry, it was much expected that there will be a a huge gym. I was wrong there a entire floor dedicated to the fitness, huge fancy gym, fitness classes and ofcourse fittest possible trainers. Not only that the pool is quite long which means i lovedit, I am a fan of long pool for laps and i can add this to my fav lap. The views from around the hotel is quite impreesive, in NYC its hard to look out and not see skyscrappers and the best part of this hotel is that it is based correctly away fron the hustle and bustle and across the road to get to the heart of nyc. You are 4 ave away but you dont even have to leave the courtyard if you dont want to as there is a HY mall across with all possible brands and high street brands, fine dinning or if you just want a shake shack, There is a mercado with multiple stalls for food and drinks with great ambience to after work, girls / guy sesh, family scene or a casual date. You get free access to The Vessel if you reside at the hotel with a simple check with concierge. Hotel has the dinning names electric lemon, a outside bar which was my fav and in room dinning, I dined one evening at the outside bar (always a fac with the nyc skyline view) and enjoyed my in bed in room dinning, One thing i enjoy the most isthe in the bed bfast when i travel cause thats a luxury you can only enjoy in hotels. All in all i loved this hotel away from the jungle but steps away, has everything that you need to unwind and has enough to get your heart rate up, great privacy for couples and yet enough to entertain the family and i absolute would visit again. Great hotel! Staff is excellent. Accommodations were amazing. I’d stay here again in a New York minute. Food is excellent. Hudson yards was incredible. Sitting here thinking of better times and wishing I could be on vacation again.

From the doorman to the front desk to the concierge (Evelyn) just to name a few are all so attentive, they make you feel really special. Hotel rooms are really nice and you have enough space, for the price and for NYC standard. We had one facing the river. Restaurant is good and again, the staff is really nice. Gym is just great, and the view is so beautiful. I also experienced the personal trainer gym which is nice as well. While reading this review, consider that I visit NY 2-3 times a year for the last 25 years, both for business and leisure so I tried many hotels in different areas, mostly in East Village or SoHo but this one is unique, I will come back, no question. Thanks for making my stay so unique, we will come back soon! Read less

Above all, the service was incredible. I’ve honestly never felt so looked after at a hotel before. The massive gym and spa were wonderful and while it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool, we got to enjoy the pop up saunas on the pool deck. I brought along my dog as well and he was a bit amongst the guests and staff. They are very pet friendly! We had about 6 friends over to the suite one evening and each guest was personally escorted to the room which was very nice. As we had brought in a case of champagne, the hotel stored it for us in their walk in fridge and brought us up bottles as needed (much of hospitality $ come from liquor sales so I was impressed at the willingness they had to do this for us because we didn’t buy any booze at the hotel). Only negative was that I had to check out on Sunday and walk 10 blocks south to my apartment once the weekend was over! Read less

I had a wonderful stay my only issue was being denied a table for dinner at the hotel restaurant. I enjoyed the gym and the spa looked amazing, I will have to check it out next stay. The blackout shades are the best and the beds are spectacular.
