Loved the stay and hotel staff was wonderful. The room was awesome and loved the location and views. I would love to stay again in the near future. If you like to stay near everything and are visiting the city this should be on your list

An amazing experience to say the least. Husband and I had a weekend "staycation" here and my expectations were exceeded beyond my imagination. Clean, modern, 5 Star guest experience. A perfect place to stay if you are looking to hit the "reset" button. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I brought my boyfriend to Equinox hotel for his birthday and we absolutely LOVED it . The staff was very very accommodating from the jump. They ensured that our stay was beyond what we expected as well as comfortable. I never leave reviews, but this is a must do. Definitely stay here !

Not cheap but well worth it. Location, view, staff all excellent. Exceptionally clean, felt very safe with Covid protections. Minor quibbles with (very) low couch/table and coffeemaker wouldn't stop me from coming back

What can I say but that you're transported into a world of money, bright lights and glitz the minute you roll up to the hotel - prepare to be shocked and awed esp if this is your first visit to the Hudson Yards. I am a new yorker and admitting you like HY may be just a tiny bit worse than liking Times Sq...so this was an eye roll choice for me initially for a valentines day/anniversary staycation at first, but one that ultimately left me wanting more. I am already not-so-secretly looking at off peak dates to go back :D In terms of our room, for a 5 star I was expecting flawlessness so my two complaints: drink glass stains all over the cafe table in the room, we called to complain and nothing was done about it. It looked like a used table that hadn't been cleaned up after, ew. Only later we realized the stains were permanent. But still, so off putting. Also, due to a major goofup on the reception's part, we waited 2 hrs for our breakfast to arrive the next morning which meant we were confined to our room on a day we could've spent exploring the area. They were nice enough to give a late checkout tho. Read less
