Haven't been yet but I was so ecstatic with the help I received via email from the concierge Gordon about water sport activities for my sons that I decided this is the place for us. I will book for this summer!

My daughter and I stayed her this past weekend to celebrate our birthdays. She's a healthcare worker, and very particular about being cautious and keeping us safe. We were very impressed with the precautions this hotel made to accomodate the state mandates---plus some. We also met a hospital administrator from Scripps who agreed wholeheartedly that the hotel has and is doing a great job of keeping everyone safe. Our room was immaculate, there were hand sanitizer dispensers readily available everywhere, and they were doing temperature screenings at various places (like the pool gate). We especially enjoyed the boat rental facility---we rented a little motorboat one day, and our favorite (a solarcat) on another day. The solarcat was so comfortable and solar powered! My daughter kept saying, "I want one of these!" We ended up using it for 2 hours, and had a wonderful time. Read less

I loved this hotel. everyone was extremely nice. Its right on the beach with lots of things to rent and keep busy. I will definitely be back. I enjoyed kayaking with my kids and riding the 4 person bike. I would suggest to book water sports ahead if going on saturday cause everything booked up pretty fast. I can't say anything bad about this… Read more
