It's an important event that we do for out clients each year and this was the second year we had it here. Our section of the room was made special with white table linens, champagne and a rose for every client. The food was excellent and the service was timely. It was a total success and we look forward to coming back next year. Read less

We did a long weekend the beginning of February as a "runcation" with a group of friends. We came from the cold north and were so excited to use all the amenities at the resort. We were greatly disappointed when arriving to find out that the pool and hot tub were under construction and there was a sailing convention that took up the entire beach. The only "fun" activities to do at the resort was the gym which is extremely nice and the sauna. Honestly if we would've known this we wouldn't have stayed here. The staff at the resort were great and we had awesome food at the happy hour bar. The rooms were cleanly and so were the grounds. We loved the coffee place in the morning, the lady working there was a hoot! Overall we liked the resort but was just so disappointed in the lack of advertised services and wish the resort would have informed us ahead of time. Read less

My husband and I visited as newlyweds to celebrate our first Valentine's Day as a married couple. Overall, experience was fine but price was too steep for what you get. We booked through our travel rewards card, redeeming points from our wedding to book 2 nights. The property felt older but decently maintained and front desk staff were great at accommodating our late arrival. Room was spacious and had more modern decor. Given that it markets itself as a resort, room did not have a desk--which I was expecting to have to work from the hotel room during the day. The internet was also difficult to set up and I had to be redirected to an off-site trouble-shooter. Our waterfront room had a nice view of the Bay, and it was surprisingly quiet indoors given how many people run, skateboard, rollerblade, and bike along the pathway during the day. We enjoyed having a "patio" to watch a nice sunset from. The restaurant was mediocre but convenient. We spent $55 on breakfast for 2 the first morning and it was ho hum. The next day we picked up bagels and enjoyed them on the patio for a fraction of the price. Upon check out we learned that our total came to $200+ for one breakfast, two nights of parking ($40/night), plus daily "resort fee." Considering that we never used the pool area, spa, fitness center, or bay amenities, it felt like a rip off. To top it off, the property is no longer affiliated with Hilton so we did not even earn points for our stay. Would rather book at a major chain next time - there are so many places with water views in San Diego that I would not return here again. Read less

Mr. Bondesson was very professional, helpful, and resourceful. He worked diligently and well with his customers especially when he was surrounded by other clients. Although we had many questions and concerns, he answered each one of our inquiries and concerns very well, accurately, and provided all necessary information and tips to have the best time for our family reunion in SD at the Mission Bay Resort. He followed up our conversation and reservations with confirmations and emails immediately. We are most impressed with the expertise and expeditious manner in which we were treated and cared for. He deserves the best accolades from the Noble House Hotel Corp. We look forward to our visits and stays at your hotel in the future because of your staff . Hats off to Jahaziel and Gabe too. Thank you very much. Jim and Edna E. Read less

The bathrooms are gorgeous, with a large glass shower and a more modern, clean feel. The beds are super comfy and the TV fills the wall with programming. Yes, it's under construction and due to be completed by summer of 2020. This was a little unexpected (the lobby is in a completely different location for a while), but it actually didn't impact us. The access to Mission Bay is the same, and the bar and restaurant are unaffected. I like this place. Nice service, comfortable, good meeting facilities. I can't wait for it to be completed. Read less
