Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf

This hotel is in a great location...15 mins walk to my office and 10 mins to the wharf and pier...hotel is clean and has a cozy feel...I was however unable to get room service for breakfast on any morning!...checking in and out was easy...nice place to stay in SF!

Beautiful Hotel with great location and accommodating staff. The hotel is impeccably clean and is within walking distance to Pier, cable cars and restaurants. The staff is amazing from the doorman to front desk and the rooms are spotless.

I really enjoyed my time at Hotel Zoe. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning. Mamadou was so wonderful at the front desk. Really enjoyed the location and was able to walk around town without any concerns.

No doubt that this is an excellent location, but the $60 daily parking fee is a joke on top of that which is a pricey hotel in the first place. Limited facilities at the hotel are offset by there being a Starbucks, Safeway and Trader Joes on contiguous blocks. The Hollywood Cafe across the street offers about as good a breakfast place as you will ever find. The Hotel does the job, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than the three nights we had there. Read less

Room was nice, just what we needed. Good location. Water pressure was extremely low in shower. Very annoyed with the amenities fees. Ridiculous. Went to take out bikes couple times and there were none for us to use. Finally we went early one day, as recommended by from desk, to get bikes to ride across the bridge, and they were all there,… Read more

Went to take out bikes couple times and there were none for us to use. Finally we went early one day, as recommended by from desk, to get bikes to ride across the bridge, and they were all there, HOWEVER we were not allowed to use them because they were being "worked on" and wouldn't be ready until noon... threw our whole plan off so ended up blowing $70 renting bikes down the street. Concierge lady was not very helpful. Read less
