Good but amenities to expensive and coffee or tea must be included in the room and not in the lobby at only certain time... Batman was tu harsh and agressif. And the breakfast wasn’t really good. It is better to eat outside. But to get discount for avoiding housekeeping is a really good idea and motivation for people to follow it.

We enjoyed four nights at Hotel Zoe and loved it. Location was perfect for us, almost everything we wanted to do was walking distance so we only had to find transportation one day when we visited the bridge. Bikes and scooters are conveniently located right on site for use (scooters for rent at a cost, bikes are free). Very polite staff, opened the door for you every time you passed through. The front desk staff was very helpful, we asked for recommendations for massage therapists and the gentlemen provided three that were close (one of which we ended up visiting twice). On our first day they provided a map with very simple directions to get where we needed to go. They also offer a rebate of $5/day should you choose to decline housekeeping during your stay (this can be used towards the bar, restaurant or any other room charges). This was a nice bonus, we ended up receiving a total of $25 towards meals at the hotel after including the $10 voucher provided upon check in. The hotel provides a free coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby every morning, which was also great. I am a much earlier riser than my husband so I loved having somewhere quiet to go enjoy coffee while allowing him to sleep. My only complaint would be the resort fee, it wasn’t communicated when we booked via Expedia so it ended up being an extra $150 at checkout. It’s been awhile since we have travelled, but I do have a vague recollection of something similar happening when we went to Vegas so it’s not specific to this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. Read less

The best hotel I've ever been on. Differently worth another visit Super location not far from dining options or shopping facilities. And close enough to the attractions. And the staff were helpful in any way we needed

The room was very modern and clean. Extremely comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I had a very unsettling experience at Hotel Zoe at Fisherman’s Wharf. On day 2 of my 4-night stay, I left a gift bag in my room for a birthday celebration. Among other things, the bag contained a gift card. The bag sat in the room for several hours, during which time housecleaning came in. When I delivered the gift bag later that day, I was thanked for everything except the gift card which was nowhere to be found. I then contacted the hotel to explain what had happened. I also asked that no cleaning crew be allowed in my room. The hotel representatives contacted the cleaning attendant who admitted seeing the bag, but denied taking any of the contents. I now have to spend more of my time filling out an insurance form, as the hotel did not reimburse me, but rather continues to “investigate”. In honesty, I cannot recommend that anyone stay at this hotel, as this was a crime of opportunity that could happen to anyone, a lot of time has been wasted explaining what happened, and the hotel’s response has not been satisfactory.
