This was our second stay at this Hyatt. We were here the fall before COVID. We really liked the hotel, staff, location and the adjoining restaurant/bar so much we came back! Keep up the great work. See you again, stay well!

The staff is polite, especially Leslie, and the amenities are clean and well kept. The $116 per night rate isn't as inexpensive as it would seem (hotel taxes are high), but a hotel room in a location in the city like this at under $180 per night is really good. The $116 per night rate isn't as inexpensive as it would seem (hotel taxes are high), but a hotel room in a location in the city like this at under $180 per night is really good. Parking is always costly in the city, but the hotel, at least during this visit, did reduce the valet parking fee to match the self-parking fee. The breakfast is really good but (again, considering you're in the city) not inexpensive. Full breakfast with coffee is going to run around $54 for two. All in all, it was a very nice stay, certainly MUCH better than I experienced at the Hyatt Place last month in Fort Lee, New Jersey. That hotel stay was so bad, I'm still on the fence as to whether I will continue to patronize the Hyatt chain. Resolution of that situation will hopefully come soon, and to my satisfaction. Read less

This is our second time coming to this hotel. The location is great and we don't even need a car for the weekend. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and helpful, even with masks, they greeted us with smiles.

She didnt bother give me a valet ticket or instruct me to leave my key with somebody. The next morning, I was told they almost towed my car! The toilet flushing was extremely noisy and hard to flush that my friend startled me just by flushing . The room was super dirty , bed was itching, I dropped my shirt on the floor, picked up immediately and it was full of dust. Guess what, they charged $100 for deposit without letting us know in advance. For 2 night stay, we paid $700 ! and this is a 3 star hotel . Read less

Amazing Hotel and property in close proximity to some of San Francisco's most sought after destinations! Nice pool and jacuzzi third floor and view of Coit Tower from mg room. Cozy robe to boot and clean as expected.
