Hotel Zetta

So Ma District, San Francisco

The hotel

Although it’s ultra cool, the Hotel Zetta doesn’t take itself too seriously, giving it a very welcoming edge. What it does take seriously is your comfort. Rooms are modern — stretch out and enjoy the plush pillow top beds, plus amenities like Amazon Alexa and smart TVs. With technology a priority, this is one place you’ll stay connected. There's complimentary WiFi and a lobby featuring Macs and a game wall. Alternatively, retire to the S&R Lounge (short for ‘Salvage & Rescue’). Decked out like a Manhattan lobby, downstairs are dozens of tables, upstairs are sofas, TVs, video games and a red phone booth. Serving some of the finest cocktails in the city, opt for a hand-crafted drink, accompanied by some rosemary salted popcorn, and soak up the vibe.

I had the opportunity to visit this morning. I am an older black woman. Mark at the front desk was thoughtful, kind but most of all he had a playful sense of humor. Playful kind humor something rare these days. This is the kind of person you want to be greeted by in these uncertain times. HOTEL GIVE THIS PERSON A RAISE!

Recently, I made two trips to the Bay Area over a period of a few weeks. Unfortunately, my usual hotels are temporarily closed and I struggled to find suitable accommodation. Eventually, I was referred to Hotel Zetta. It was a very positive experience in all respects and I highly recommend it the next time you're in San Francisco! Read less

I loved my time using DayUse; the hotel decor and overall atmosphere was not what I anticipated in a very good way. Everything was perfect, I loved all the little homey details in my room and updated Chic style. Will stay here again.

My stay with Hotel Zetta was excellent as always! The staff is always great and very personable and friendly. Mark, the GM, and the entire staff always has a very nice attitude and caters to my every need. Hotel Zetta is my “go to” and is the “best kept secret” hotel in the City! If you haven’t stayed with them, you must check them out!!

The Hotel was very accommodating. Every single person I encountered was very nice. No room service was provided unless requested because of the pandemic.. The location was in the shopping area district but malls were closed with some individual stores open. However, not hotels fault. Surrounded by lots of homeless as well as boarded up stores. They did not offer any gym or eating establishments. Don't know if that was reflected in the cost per evening comparing to prior pandemic. Read less
