My overall experience was good. However, the hotel needs to work on parking and shower head. The cost of the garage parking next to hotel is too expensive and can be a bit scary to walk after dark. The shower head throws water everywhere.

Hotel is in perfect location and staff is excellent! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Bartenders wonderful and front desk very helpful i have stayed in many hotels in this city and I would not hesitate to stay here again for business or pleasure.

The main reason we chose to stay at Hyatt SFO was because of its location close to Union Square. The hotel was clean and the staff were mostly courteous especially the valet staff. Our check in was fast maybe because it was not the peak time which was at 930pm. I appreciated that they allowed uscto stay til 2pm on our last day.

I used a Lysol wipe to clean the bathroom floor and the wipe is all black after one clean and I almost wanted to leave that place right that second. By the way, they charge you for around 70 dollars a night for valet. I understand… Read more

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel in the last 2 months. Since the first visit, they have improved the customer service, so that the restaurant is now open, and the Cafe will actually take orders over the phone and hand-deliver to your room in a take-out container, for a fraction of the price of usual Hyatt room service! (But this will probably go away when the hotel resumes regular room service) We did not use valet parking on either visit, since the lobby is attached to the complementary AirTrain station, and is just a few minutes away from SFO Long-Term parking (3 stops), Rental Car Center (2 stops), and BART (1 stop). The various terminals are all 2-4 stops away, and the AirTrains run every few minutes, so no traffic delays! The new Hyatt decor is high-end, but there are often decent deals on-line, with some careful planning. The staff seemed well-trained and knowledgeable. Read less
