This place is trash for the amount they charge you. Paid $800 for 3 nights. And that was a discounted rate for a conference. The rooms are super tiny. I had two beds and theyre not even Queens. The bathroom is tiny with barely any hooks for hanging anything. The towels and the shower curtain had threads coming out..falling apart. There's no body wash in the bathrooms. When I asked about it they said that's only for top floor. The room's digital thermostat is annoying af. It's either spitting out cold air or hot air at almost all times. The temperature is never comfortable in the room. The bathroom outlet I plugged the hairdryer in blew out (?) Stopped working and smelled like something was burning. There's no microwave. The layout is confusing. If God forbid theres an evacuation, you'd be screwed. The lobby bathrooms ran out of pads and tampons and nobody bothered to restock them. The only positive thing to say is my room service (cleaning lady) was super nice. Although I can guarantee she's overworked n underpaid. Overall, this place is overpriced and claustrophobic. Do yourself a favor and get an Airbnb. Read less

Great location to stay central all excursions and shopping. Very convenient for business travelling. There was various food shops within the hotel which was open until late which was convenient but very pricey! the rooms was dated but very comfortable beds and clean. I would recommend and would happily return to this hotel.

I came, I slept, I showered, and I then went to my meeting. That about says it all. The location was convenient and although there was a bit of hallway noise during the night and there were no drinking glasses in the bathroom, the stay was fine.

This Hilton is a large and busy, convention-oriented hotel. I wasn't there for a convention the all things considered, they do a nice job and I had a good overnight stay. My room in Tower 2 on the 15th floor was clean and quiet. There is a fridge in the room, but no free water for HHonors members like most Hiltons. That's life in the big city, I guess. The gym in the basement of Tower 1 is large and well-equipped with a lot of machines. By checking in and checking out with my phone app, I was able to skip all the lines on both ends. When I arrived there were several people waiting at the checkin desk so do yourself a favor and use the app. That's what I like about all Hiltons and I wish more hotel chains would up their tech game. One thing I found odd is that there is no lunch restaurant at the hotel, only a sort of deli counter with a couple of sandwich choices and pre-made salads in the fridge. I guess the hotel has some kind of economic reason for this (they do have a large full service bar in the lobby, ka-ching) but it's not what I would have expected for a Hilton. The Hilton was the most reasonably priced among the San Francisco hotels (still expensive but not as outrageous as the others). I would stay here again if it's again the best priced alternative.
