Image of the Tripadvisor rating Lobby Bar Is Where To Be

The rooms are nice, standard Hitlon rooms. The cafe and store are really good. The lobby bar is great and very large. Since we were here for business, meeting in the bar for meetings makes it really easy rather than booking meeting space at other hotels. Yes, San Fran is experiencing some crime issues but security is great at this hotel.

Hotel was huge (3 towers of rooms) however check in was really quick and easy. Room was large and clean - nice and quiet as well as we were at the end of the corridor. There is a small grab and go food place in the lobby however this was very overpriced - better off walking 5 mins down the road to Starbucks. Would definitely recommend. Read less

Stayed here for one night prior to boarding cruise ship, staff were very pleasant, rooms had everything you needed and it was in a good position, although I don't think I would wonder around that area after dark. we only had breakfast at the hotel but it was excellent, a great selection of food on offer.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Really average hotel

What an average hotel in a not so safe area. I was disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this hotel. For the price point, there is such little value (except maybe the downstairs market so you don't need to leave the building). I would actively choose to stay in another hotel.

My husband and I only stayed here for the night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The room we had was with 2 queen beds and the view was great. The room was very clean as well. If we come back to San Francisco again I would like to stay here again.
