We stayed in Seattle for 4 days. We got a corner room which had a great view and plenty of space. The location of the hotel was central to all that we wanted to see. The staff were friendly. There was no daily maid service due to COVID-19, but anything we requested was brought promptly.

I totally get the hotel hospitality in Seattle is hurting by 70%, which is true. Yet if you call yourself the Grand Hyatt, stay that way. Front desk wasn’t too helpful, looked bored and wanting to have a friend since it was kinda dead. Rooms were dusty and not up to par and parking was a nightmare with the garage next door. Front desk wasn’t too helpful, looked bored and wanting to have a friend since it was kinda dead. Rooms were dusty and not up to par and parking was a nightmare with the garage next door. Too much drama, very limited services. I’ve been to other Grand Hyatt’s and they were phenomenal. I would have to stay somewhere else since this hotel was a bit unpleasant..... Read less

We enjoyed room service - the food was delicious. The pool area was nice and clean, our son made a friend. We used Uber so parking was not an issue. Our neighbors were noisy but they left to go party, we never heard them upon their return. We purchased breakfast from the deli inside the hotel and ate it across the street at a small table. It was lovely. We were also able to leave our bags at the front desk while we to walked to Pikes Market. It was a lovely stay! Read less
