Nice hotel. Great location as train is right down the street. The service was very good and staff went out of their way to answer our questions. Very good fitness center. It is a very large hotel so there are a lot of meetings and events held there.

I had a 3-night stay here for a leisure trip. Upon check-in, I asked for a high floor in a quite section and was told I am getting a room on the 3rd floor. I mentioned that I want a higher floor so got one on the 7th floor. Room was fine but noticed there was no bar soap in the washroom so needed to request it. Walls are thin so not ideal if you… Read more

Walls are thin so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. The grab n' go cafe/store was convenient but got overcharged for a cappuccino so check your bill. If you are an Hilton Honors member you can get a card (ask at the desk) for a 15% discount at this grab n' go and the on-site restaurants (and selected dining locations in the city). Got complimentary wifi as a member...just ask for the promo code. The location was good as I was able to explore the neighborhood and visit Trader Joe's and enjoy dining at the artisan market on 20th St. Nearby as well...I visited The Chocolate House for a chocolate tasting class. It made for a nice walk to the touristy areas e.g. museums and department stores. I did not realize that the hotel was also a stop for the Big Bus which is great if you want to tour around the main attractions. I enjoyed visiting the farmers market at Dupont Circle on Sunday...just a 10 min walk. It was a surprise to find that I needed to pay $1 to store my luggage after check-out for about 2 hours. Luckily, I had cash on-hand. Read less

Not Hilton quality. Small rooms and long walks from the elevator. Reserved and prepaid a month in advance for a King room but when we arrived no kings available only doubles. No real offers to make it better just we're sorry. They did finally give us executive lounge access. The room was so small there was no place to open a suitcase except on… Read more

No real offers to make it better just we're sorry. They did finally give us executive lounge access. The room was so small there was no place to open a suitcase except on the bed. The executive lounge is on the lobby level somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast served was scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon every morning as well as the usually pastries, oatmeal, and fruit. Fruit selection was good but the rest was average. Read less

As everyone says, the location is very good, but the rooms are on the small side, and the facilities are just tired. The Executive Lounge charges for alcoholic drinks during the evening "happy hour," and the bits of food are really not good. The Executive Lounge does offer a good cooked breakfast, which is worth significant value in this area. The… Read more

I would recommend the management to do a good upgrade as the location is so good. As it is is, there are better and sometimes cheaper alternatives. Read less

The bed was very squeaky. The bathroom door was broken and did not open or shut. Plus the room was right next to housekeeping storage and the staff was very loud. I will not stay at this Hilton property again.
