Location in Patong’s southernmost corner. 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach and 25 minutes drive to Phuket Town. Transfer time from Phuket Airport: 50 minutes.

We booked 2 club rooms for our family, an ocean view 2 bedroom and ocean view 1 bedroom. The rooms were beautiful, fully equipped with full kitchen and amazing views. The resort is a great 5 star hotel and we will definitely be back. The only thing letting the club down was the evening “snacks” in the club lounge/bar. This was very disappointing.… Read more

The food and selection were average at best. The wine and cocktails were great though. Breakfast in the club lounge was fantastic, order anything you want off the menu. The Amari Phuket was an excellent resort and we had a wonderful family holiday. This was our first time to Phuket and we will definitely be back and will stay at the Amari again. The staff were excellent especially Jubjub at Reception and Den at the Poolside Bar. Many thanks

The hotel was great we stayed in the deluxe room ocean view. Betty did a great job helping us and made sure that everything was great. The breakfast was also amazing and had a lot of selection and had great service as well. There is also a great sport center with all different types of sports to play.

The Amari Phuket is located at the heart of Patong with all the hustle and bustle so it's ideal for those who want to walk around nearby. The check in and out were swift as was organisation of our airport transfers. Our Ocean 2 bed rooms had wonderful rooms however were far away from the main building so one needs to factor in this 'commute' time. It seems to be a hotel for the masses and the personal touch is lacking, not the Amari we knew. Some staff seem to have low morale with work but overall service was satisfactory. The Italian restaurant is fabulous and breakfast buffet had a good variety and great views again at the main restaurant, the Spa is lovely too with a good range of treatments. I would remove a point for room cleanliness which needs more attention. For the proce paid at this level, service and attitude should be impeccable. Read less

Stayed for 10 nights at the Amari and had the best time. All the staff were amazing. Joy on reception and Kim in breakfast but the shining star is Jipce who was the shining star in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was the difference between a good holiday and a great holiday
