Where is it

At the tip of the Palm Island, next door to Atlantis, The Palm. The resort is just a 25-minute drive from the centre of Dubai and a 15-minute drive to Dubai Marina. There is also a monorail to the mainland. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Family Rooms are two rooms with an interconnecting door, sleeping maximum 4 adult and 2 children.

Royal Club Rooms offer sea view and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Royal Club rooms guests receive access to the 2 private royal club lounges for complimentary afternoon tea, evening drinks, and a selection of daily refreshments, as well as butler service.

Junior Sky View Suites feature a separate living area with sofa bed, panoramic views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Sky Terrace Suites feature a separate living and dining area, private pantry, additional washroom, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Sky Terrace Suites feature a separate living and dining area, private pantry, 24 hour butler service, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

There was oysters and caviar on most evenings and that put a big smile on my 7 years face as it’s some of her favourites, my 2 young kids were well catered for and looked after by the team. Kids club is amazing. Team are very friendly and welcoming. A very special thank you to Elizabeth, always polite with a friendly smile. Massive thank to the team at the clinic, my daughter was ill with stomach pain and the doctor prescribed her some drugs which were taken to the pharmacy at the Atlantis palm to be dispensed and was delivered to our room within 2 hours. Takes forever to get a cup of tea in the foyer coffee shop, and the milk arrives 40 minutes later. We left for 2 days, we were coming back, and made arrangements to leave the majority of our luggage. You would swear you were asking them to give up their only child. The mini bar in one room had not been topped up and they tried to say it was us who used it. For the record, they did accept our protests of innocence. We had only arrived 10 minutes before. It’s a shame this and other problems happened, I could go on, because it is such a magnificent place and all of the eateries were excellent. I was happy to pay the price for a 5 star hotel but I didnt get it. We believed the advertising but it didnt measure up. So disappointing. We went to Abu Dhabi for the 2 days mentioned and it was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Read less

From the moment you enter this holiday, you know you are in for a luxurious experience. We arrived ago 8am but were offered an early check once the room was available. We were immediately guided to the Gastronomy restaurant, where we had an overwhelming choice of breakfast options, with the most wonderful view. We had booked a Club Royal room, which allowed us access to the Club Lounge, so we were allowed immediate access to the area to refresh but upon checking in there, we were told our room was already available! I would totally recommend booking a Club Royal room as the views and the room itself are just breathtaking. Our luggage was already in the room when we arrived there. The hotel is impeccably clean and polished at all times. The aquarium walls and artwork in the reception area are just magnificent as is the daily fountain show, which is a spectacle in its own right, being shown every hour daily and every 30 minutes in the evening accompanied by wonderful music compositions. Nobu by the beach is a must if you want to chill and unwind by their beautiful pools, service is superb. A highlight for us was the Club Lounge, Wines, champagnes, spirits and cocktails are available all day and staff constantly top up your glass within minutes of finishing one! They even make a cocktail of your liking if you need something not on the menu. Breakfast is available daily as is afternoon tea from 3-5pm, which varies daily but always an amazing spread to choose from. There are canapés and a meal choice from 6-8pm every day and the food was just phenomenal and always served quickly and to your liking. The staff within the Royal Club were just amazing. Always there to attend to your every need, with a smile and conversation each time.. It was a pleasure to see them each time we entered the club, nothing at all was too much trouble. Particular thanks go to Rajith, who was always available to help and ensured my husbands wallet was returned to him immediately after he had left in on a chair in the lounge. This is a wonderful hotel - it is a a luxurious building with wonderful staff! If you get the chance to experience here, you definitely should go! Read less
