The hotel

This friendly hotel with a relaxed, easy-going ambience is situated in the centre of St Lucia's entertainment capital, Rodney’s Bay. Located just a short walk away from the bars, nightlife and casino you’ll be surrounded by liveliness but if that’s too much excitement retreat to your room for some seclusion, peace and quiet. On the south side of Rodney Bay, 15 minutes walking distance from Reduit Beach. Transfer time from airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Basic All Inclusive option: includes breakfast (at the property). Unlimited lunch and dinner at the property, Bay Gardens Inn, or Bay Gardens Marina Haven. Two (2) lunch and two (2) dinner passes, for Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa (per person per week), inclusive of a house brand drink per meal. Unlimited house brand drinks at the Bay Gardens Hotel or Bay Gardens Inn or Bay Gardens Marina Haven. Complimentary non-motorised water sports. Complimentary WiFi. Complimentary unlimited passes to Splash Island Water Park. Access to facilities (except for the pool at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa).

Half Board option: includes breakfast and dinner (includes 1 glass of wine per adult, with dinner). Unlimited complimentary passes to Splash Island Water Park.

Superior Rooms are larger, some with Jacuzzi bath, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites are the same size as Superior Rooms but have a sofa bed and small sitting and kitchen area, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

1-Bedroom Croton Suites with 1 king-size bed and separate living room with a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Croton Suites with 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds and a separate living room with a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 8 adults or 6 adults and 2 children.

Guests receive complimentary shuttle to Bay Gardens Beach Club, located at Bay Gardens Beach Resort (5 minute drive) with use of the beach and sunlounges, unlimited complimentary access to Splash Island Water Park and unlimited complimentary non-motorised watersports.

Spices Restaurant, Cinnamon Bar.

Weekly manager's rum punch party and Caribbean buffet night with live musical entertainment. Saturday night poolside barbecue.

3 freshwater swimming pools. The following activities are available at the sister property Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa: water sports*, access to Splash Island Water Park and complimentary non-motorised water sports, kids' playground and kids' games room.

Babysitting* (on request). Gift shop. Internet Café, complimentary WiFi in all rooms and public areas. Amenities at the sister property can be used (except the pool) and include dive shop, fitness centre, spa* and hair and beauty salon*.

This resort has a fee of $10 per room, per night. There is also an additional Tourism Accommodation Fee of $6 per person, per night (payable locally, subject to change). Children aged 12-17 will be charged US $3 per person, per night. No fee for under 12s.

**Reduit Beach is a 15-minute walk away or take advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service which drops you to the sister property so you can use the Beach and other facilities (except the pool) and charge anything you eat or drink back to your room at the Bay Gardens Hotel, so there is no need to take any money with you (once you leave an impression of your credit card at Bay Gardens Hotel).

The service was excellent and the food was great. At the beach resort a lady took care of my baby while I went on the water splash. God bless her heart. I lost my horoscope band and got it back they were so honest. I would be returning for sure. Stayed at both the Inn and the hotel . It is a three star hotel . Rooms were clean , but very dated and basic . Very convenient for Castries . Hotel organised taxis to and from port/airport. Staff were lovely. And breakfast was excellent ( omelettes were lovely ) . however at almost £200 a night it’s overpriced

Great experience ,the young boy at front desk exceptional !!Bay garden Inn was totally different in the best posible way compare to our last experience at Marina Heaven.Rooms very clean everything was perfect .Planning our next trip to the Bay Garden Inn😍

Visited for my birthday and had a most enjoyable experience. The plus was being able to shuttle to the other sister hotels to use their facilities as well. The food was great, staff most pleasant, the grounds was scenic, the rooms and housekeeping was exceptional and my overall stay was fabulous. Would definitely visit again
