Jeff at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. This was a birthday trip for my husband and I asked for a better view. Jeff didn't hesitate to meet my request.

Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location one block from beach and in walking distance to water taxi. It is quiet and next to a residential neighborhood as opposed to the louder area/bars of the beachfront. It is quiet and next to a residential neighborhood as opposed to the louder area/bars of the beachfront. Restaurant/bar on site if we didn't feel like going out, but other restaurants close by. Nice rooftop pool/hot tub. Parking/valet service was excellent. At first I was put off by the $39 parking fee per day, but it was nice being able to come and go and not worry about parking. I really liked this hotel and would stay again. Read less

Best stay I have had in a long time. The rooms are great. The sheets are fantastic. The pool is good. The Jacuzzi is good. The breakfast is good. The lunch is good. The staff is good. It’s a theme. The whole hotel is good. Not one complaint. I would stay here again.

Let me begin with I did not select this hotel. I was “walked” from a sold out hotel on the beach. This is a clean comfortable, no frills hotel. Housekeeping at request so no interruptions. Comfortable work space, although like most hotels it is directly below the TV. Unfortunately, the main entrance is in a garage on the ground level then elevator to lobby level. Digital communications are normally efficient and most effective when truly dynamic or not attempting to speak with a bot. On the morning of checkout, while planning my day, I responded to a text offering late checkout at a fee. Perfect solution to my schedule issue. I ordered it directly from phone and dove into my work. After two interruptions from housekeeping, I advised each of the 4pm late check out then a phone call was received to confirm check in as now. My “purchase” was a request and not honored because they were sold out. The good news: I was not charged, or so it seems. This experience took a 4-star stay at a 3-star hotel to a 1-star experience. Automated communication made this entire process useless and ineffective. Don’t text me offering services that are knowingly NOT available. This is a waste of my everyone’s time. There were at least four people involved in this circle of “communication.” So, if the hotel is sold out, which is a good thing, adjust your offerings and avoid a ripple effect of inefficient communications.
