The hotel

The Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket occupies a stunning location, overlooking a secluded part of Karon Beach. I had an amazing stay and experience, the rooms were so nice with a great balcony view, comfy bed, cool big nice bathroom with a bath, delicious food, awesome fun big pool, and great service. The design of the resort is just stunning and makes you feel so special and you can legit walk out of the pool to the beach with waves and is a good beach to swim at, called Karon beach with parasailing and umbrellas down the other end. There were plenty of gorgeous sunsets that we saw from the balcony, pool, and beach. The resort had nice pathways with a river with fish in it and nice plants and trees. It’s a great location to travel to different activities like going to Patong and Kata which is really helpful. The hotel had security and would organise transport for you to get around with a nice lobby, entrance, seats, Starbucks cafe, gift shop, travel information table, and toilets. It is a big resort but it isn’t that busy or noisy so it’s really nice when walking around, swimming and eating at the restaurants which has amazing food choices to choose from. The pool has a fun section with 2 jump rocks one big and one small with deep water so you won’t touch the bottom, 2 slides and a little one, and has a waterfall. The pool had plenty of seating, sand, spa, adult pool, and a swim up pool bar. The resort had a spa place and a gym as well which looked good but never went in. The resort supplied swimming gear, towels, and things you can hire like a sea scooter. The entertainment was really good, Tina and Vili were very friendly, fun, happy, kind, and entertaining while in the pool and around the resort. We played many pool games, sport games, aqua aerobics, nice chats, and adults could play too. It made our stay and time happier, enjoyable, entertaining, and fun. The whole resort (Everyone) had great customer service and staff as well from the cleaners to reception, food truck, buffet, restaurants, pool bar, and had good English and were so kind. Ida, CD, David, Sat, Charlton, Santa, O, and many others were just very accommodating, caring, fast, friendly, approachable, calm, and happy! They all made our stay so very special, happy and enjoyable. I would recommend this resort to anyway coming to Phuket Thailand! Read less

I recently had a holiday in thailand and i had the opportunity to stay at Centara Grand Beach resort. I recommend this place to everyone of all ages because they have things to for everyone. This includes main pool with swim up bar, pool games, lazy river, rock jump, water slides big and small, adult pool and beach access from the resort. there’s is also the buffet breakfast which has the nicest food and polite staff who make sure you are enjoying your stay. Some of the people that looked after me when i was there was Ida and CD. Every morning they put a smile on my face and made me feel very welcomed. Around the pools there was many different staff that helped us some of there names were sid and wit. there was also entertainment group that would host games for the kids every day and they also got the adults involved. this made my holiday so much better and i couldn’t of ask for anything more. there names were Tina and Vili and they made my day every day and made sure that we had fun around the pool. I had the best time when i was around them and so did everyone else. i recommend this resort to anyone going to thailand because you will have the best time. Read less

Central Grand beach resort is amazing place with a lot of fun activities for kids and adult. With entertainment team Carpe Diem is never boring, they take care of everybody around pool always greeting everybody and smiling. Tina and Vili doing amazing job I wanna see you guys also next year.
