Hotel information

312 rooms and suites, all with their own sea view and have complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary fruit upon arrival, complimentary unlimited drinking water, tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The Super Deluxe Sea View Room is 40-45sq metres and features the previously mentioned amenities and sea view. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Diamond Suite room type is a larger 70sq metres in size and is a more romantic option, featuring a jacuzzi and bar area to enjoy the sea views. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Grand Jacuzzi Suite is the same size as the Diamond Suite but is positioned closer to the coastline for even better views from the rooms private balcony. Rooms have either a King bed or two twin beds. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

We spent eight nights, and we loved it. The beds are so comfortable and big, you will not want to get up. We stayed in a super deluxe ocean view room (x2). We spent eight nights, and we loved it. The beds are so comfortable and big, you will not want to get up. We stayed in a super deluxe ocean view room (x2). Even though it was a bit old and run down in a few places, housekeeping and the grounds maintenance did a great job at keeping the place clean and sparkling. It’s far enough away from Patong so it’s quiet and relaxing but close enough you can walk ( but easier to catch a taxi in the heat) Our favourite was the waterfall pool, we spent many a daze just relaxing around the pool. The only reason I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that our room was more dated than what was advertised when we booked and could definitely do with a renovation, however our view was faultless. The hotel is very beautiful, but to me, it is steep walking up to the rooms. The hotel provides a cart to move guests around the property. Across the street from the hotel is the Sea Salt Beach. I saw some amazing sunsets here. I did ask hotel staff the best location to see the sunrise, the folks I spoke with didn't know. My only complaint with this hotel is that they charged me for an item on the mini bar that I didn't have. The housekeeper reported an empty can in the mini bar. I never touched the minibar. The hotel prepared a bill. Although I explained that I didn't take anything off the minibar, there was an empty can and I was forced to pay. The reason for my low score is because I was charged for something I didn't have. I recommend checking the minibar. Read less
