It’s built in stunning Mayan architectural style, fitting in well with the dazzling tropical location. Rooms are exceptionally spacious and have balconies or a terrace which overlook the tropical gardens or ocean. Where is it

On a white sand beach, half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, close to attractions such as archeological sites, the world's second largest coral reef, the quaint fishing town of Puerto Morelos and lots of shopping. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

I would highly recommend this place for a couples or family vacation. Their greatest asset is their staff. They have found some amazing people that have perfected customer service. They went pit of their way to make us feel comfortable and satisfied.

Dated property and is lacking in the luxury department contrary to their advertising. Food is good at the grill by the pool the rest is meh

Very nice staff and service. Hotel still under renovation so construction was a bit annoying. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were hard. Not much night life but pools were enjoyable and bar service was great.
