Paid top dollar for a luxury experience, only to be met with false promises and disappointment. Oh, and let's not forget the absurdity of waiting a ridiculous 2 and a half hours for a simple cheese and fruit plate. I could have grown the fruit and milked the cows myself in less time! And don't get me started on the so-called 'luxurious' tub that turned out to be defective. Nothing like a malfunctioning tub to ruin the relaxation vibes. To top it all off, the dirty ropes in the room were the cherry on the cake of disappointment. If I wanted to stay in a grimy motel, I would have paid a fraction of the price. Nearly $6,000 for four nights and this is the treatment I receive? Save your money and go elsewhere for a true luxury experience. Read less

The service here is top notch. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous, clean and well serviced. So many careful attention to details! We even had a glasses microcloth left by housekeeping next to our sunglasses, our phone chargers organized- little things like that, not necessary, but extra touches that made you feel… Read more

We even had a glasses microcloth left by housekeeping next to our sunglasses, our phone chargers organized- little things like that, not necessary, but extra touches that made you feel someone was caring for you. Took the tennis clinics and yoga classes. Roberta and Adam were great and Rumi! Tara was so kind and even grabbed sunglasses for me. The spa treatment (oxygen facial) may have changed my life. We love the walking paths, beach, towel service, and the restaurants are all excellent! Mahalo, Four seasons! Read less

Nice little touches like free coffee in the early morning in the main lobby. Also enjoyed the complimentary Easter party for our kids. The breakfast buffet wasn't necessarily, but overall good enough. Nice kids options at all restaurants and by the pool. There's a nice market and restaurant area walking distance from the hotel as well. Had a great time and we will be back. Thank you for a great experience! Read less

We have previously brought our daughter and took advantage of the free classes for kids. This time it was just us and we instantly felt relaxed and at peace on day one. Normally it can take a few days for relaxation to set in, but this was instant. The week went by so fast we actually considered staying longer! We will definitely return to our favorite piece of paradise in the world. Read less
