Definitely not what we expected from Hilton. Was truly disappointed in this resort. It started with parking, which got even worse if an event was going on. Then there was the room. Room was dated and awkward. Bathrooms tiny and cramped. Shower leaked out onto floor. Restaurant needs a lesson in customer service and was understaffed.… Read more
Definitely not what we expected from Hilton. Was truly disappointed in this resort. It started with parking, which got even worse if an event was going on. Then there was the room. Room was dated and awkward. Bathrooms tiny and cramped. Shower leaked out onto floor. Restaurant needs a lesson in customer service and was understaffed. Breakfast: Had to wait to be seated, but host/hostess was slow and not very friendly when there was one. Dinner: NO host/hostess, waited for almost 10 minutes before we were seated by the busser, who was equally and rightfully frustrated that no one was taking care of the line that was now over 15 people deep. I give huge props to him for going above and beyond. I expect more when I stay at Hilton properties. As a Diamond member, I cannot and will not recommend this property, I’ll stay at the Marriott on my next visit. Read less

We spent 5 days at this fabulous resort and every minute was perfect. Our suite on the 11th floor was spectacular, clean and large, with a master bath and a bonus half bath. I cannot remember staying in a nicer suite at a Hilton. Every staff member was attentive and friendlier than the last person you met, always greeting you warmly and asking if they could help or provide service. A Special shout out to the pool and beach cabana guys who work so hard to show you a great time (tip them well as they work long hours each day). The restaurant is fantastic with outdoor dining for gorgeous sunset views....we only planned to eat at the resort one night but couldn't resist a 2nd dinner at this fabulous restaurant. Being there during the eclipse was a bonus even though it was only a partial eclipse, but seeing it from our beach chairs with our eclipse safety glasses was a great shared experience with other guests visiting from near and far. . One big plus for me was the subtle ways I noticed the hotel continued to provide sanitary practices that many hotels have abandoned since the pandemic. Every coffee cup at the FREE coffee station (in the morning) was individually wrapped in plastic; silverware was dispensed one spoon or fork at a time to avoid others touching more than one, etc. For those of us who still care about Covid safety, it was noticeable and appreciated, but without it being an aggravation to those who no longer want these safety measures. Parking was easy in the large above ground lot just outside the front door! We will definitely be back! Read less

Every single day it takes hours to get a drink or food or the bill by the pool. There is only ever one person serving the entire area and she is taking orders, packing food orders, serving etc alone . Impossible for anyone to flag her down and ruins the experience when it takes hours just to get a drink Otherwise great place

Beautiful resort in the perfect location on Marco Island. This is a great place to host meetings and events. Super attentive and friendly staff. Clean rooms with great views of the Gulf. Loved the incredibly beautiful sunsets! Excellent food at the Deck at 560
