The hotel was very nice, service was great. My ony issue is that I am being charged 160.00 for a lunch at their pool restaurant that I never ate at and for a date of service after I checked out. My husband is a titanium level bonvoy member and we have never had this happen before. I have been in touch with billing and they are looking into it?… Read more

Great hotel and great staff. All the beach staff were super attendant. Brayden was awesome with the beach amenities. James was a great server at Latitude. Nadia at the rooftop pool bar was so kind and thoughtful. She made a list of places for us to visit on our trip. The front desk accommodated our early check in. Recommend this hotel!

Great visit for a day trip to enjoy the many amenities at the JW. The spa is beautiful and very welcoming. Our therapists Lima and Magdelena were wonderful. Great visit for a day trip to enjoy the many amenities at the JW. The spa is beautiful and very welcoming. Our therapists Lima and Magdelena were wonderful. I've visited before and had high expectations that were fully met. They comped our valet parking, so even if you are staying someplace else or day tripping, it makes the stress of beach parking non existent. Will return soon. Read less
