I just stayed here with my husband for 4 nights, and want to be as comprehensive as possible. Pros: - service was perfect, everyone is very friendly, checks on you the perfect amount at dinner, poolside, etc. house keeping was amazing with keeping our room clean & turn down service, they don’t let you lift a finger!! - the island is very private, with only 30 suites it wasn’t fully full when we were there, we always felt we had our first choice of where to sit and it never felt crowded; there was one louder group there which was annoying but nothing the staff could have done - spa, we got a couples massage which was 10/10, highly recommend and I get massages a lot so it was quite good - gym is super nice with Pelton’s, treadmills, full set of free weights and more, as well as a very nice sauna - grounds are extremely well kept - food was really good, dinner was always excellent and in room dessert was the best! - water sports included- we did kayaking and also took a small motor boat out (you can pay extra for a private cruise, fishing, exercise classes etc) Where to improve - they ran out of a few items (a type of whiskey my husband likes), an ingredient to a drink which is understandable but not for multiple days, especially when they have a boat going to the main land multiple times a day and with the cost; if your paying that much you want what you want - selection of food- I am not sure how you could eat here if you had a lot of dietary restrictions, the menus are very limited and don’t change much daily, I think 3-4 days is a perfect amount of time to stay, any longer i would get bored of their small selection - coffee, in room they only had espresso pods, which were good but coffee you had to pay quite a bit for (one day we did order it and it was great), but for the high price I wish they had in room coffee and tea included and lattes available for cost Things you should know before you go - the keys is not known for its beaches, there is a small beach area here but I would not be swimming in the ocean personally but their pool is very nice - this is NOT all inclusive - cost of food is very high, other reviewers are right that an average breakfast is 50-60$, lunch $60-100, and dinner $200-300 and that’s if you aren’t someone who goes crazy on drinks/apps Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back. Hopefully they will make some minor changes in the future. Read less

A wonderful and unique resort. Marvelous service and staff from the area with long tenure. Unfortunately, they were "between" chefs when we were there and it showed. Disappointing dinners but staff did handle appropriately. Pastry chef is fantastic as is the person responsible for the wine list.

While yes it expensive and yes you can find cheaper in Mexico or wherever how special this place and their team has blown us away. First of all Liz at the bar is amazing. Rolando aka the man has really gone above and beyond to make this trip special. If you need anything ask him. He set us up with JT to go fishing and we caught the maximum amount of fish which is unheard of. They were so kind to make us lunch and dinner with what we caught. And it was amazing. Every staff member is so welcoming and sweet. Desiree our waitress made my husbands birthday extra special as well. The rooms are stunning. The island itself if beautiful. Had an amazing spa experience. Everything from being greeting by the sweetest fro at desk girl to captain Greg has left us dreaming and planning our next trip. I also have to say we’ve met the sweetest guests while staying here. Thank you for everything little palm. Also, best food ever haha! Read less

One of the best trip experiences we’ve ever been on. Will definitely be booking again in the near future. My wife and I could not believe we were in the US. You truly ‘got lost’ during your stay. Couldn’t have asked for a bette time.

We have traveled to luxury resorts both domestic and international, and Little Palm ranks right up there with some of our favorites. The closest comparison we can make is to The Brando in Tetiaroa, since there are many similarities in terms of overall quality and character of service. Fortunately for us, Little Palm is much easier to reach from the East Coast than French Polynesia! Everything about our stay was top notch. From the arrival, to our couples massage, to the multiple, privately guided outings we took (snorkeling, sailing, eco-tours), to the dining (one of us is vegan and the chef and sous chef prepared a different, multi-course vegan meal each night that was absolutely delicious!), our stay at Little Palm was extraordinary. The staff are genuinely happy in their jobs—you can feel it—and it shows in their gracious hospitality and authentically warm interactions with you. There was literally not a thing we could find fault with during our 5-day stay. The suites are delightful—don’t miss the outdoor soaking tub or the fire pit!—and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Keep an eye out for Key deer as you walk the property in the evening. They are an adorable addition to the charm of the island. We will absolutely be back. In fact, we’re putting Little Palm on our yearly rotation. As far as romantic destinations go, you couldn’t do better. Read less
