You won’t find an experience like this, and it’s because of the service and quality of the property. We were looking for something low key to get away, rest our minds, and also enjoy activities (hiking, kayaking). From start to finish, this place is an exceptional. They will call you to confirm anything you need before you arrive. Landed at the airport? They’re there waiting for you. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail, shown around the property and our room, and every day everything was clean, spotless, and flawless throughout the property. The pool, spa, and restaurants were all excellent. Service on the beach (with kayaks and boards to rent for free) was outstanding. Music throughout the place is so good that I had to keep my shazam out! We rented a car one day and they took care of everything. For any excursion on your mind, they are there to help guide you, not sell you. Ready to head out? They’ve called you to make sure you’re ready for them to pick up your luggage and they drive you back. Every day, even when staff turned over, multiple people knew our names, what we had planned, and got to know us in case we needed anything. It felt like a private experience in a setting that could have been crowded with hundreds taking their instagram photos, but everything is managed so well. Tara, Shishir, Trisha, Leonah, Stephon, Rolando- thank you and everyone else for an amazing experience. Read less

Lots of good nespresso coffee in the room made mornings great. We ate at both restaurants and overall food was very good. I loved the Asian and Indian flavors in a lot of the options, especially at Asiatique. One thing, though - they were always out of one or two items. Like at breakfast, they were out of the belgian waffles - I didnt understand why they couldnt just make more batter. Alas, what I had was delicious. service friendly. I enjoyed my time on the beach and the pool as well. Overall this is a modern resort that is comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Read less

I just returned from the most fabulous few days at the Silversand Beach House. I don't know if I can give it justice with my review. From the moment we entered the lobby and was greeted by Clarista and her amazing staff at the front desk to the checkout- it was heavenly!. Upon our arrival, my daughter and I were welcomed with handmade beautiful necklaces made by a local artist- complete with the spices Grenada is known for and a delicious cold drink. The modern, clean beachfront accommodation had the most beautiful view of the beach which was gently shaded by the mangrove trees. We spend the days under the warm sun of Grenada by the beach and each time, just as we were getting too hot, we were served cold drinks, snacks and clean towels. We dined both at the Beach House Restaurant Azzurro as well as the main Grenadian Restaurant at the Main Hotel and the food was fresh, delicous and impeccable. The staff- I am sorry there are too many to name, was attentive, professional and so sweet. Each interaction was with a genuine smile and intent to help ease our stress. Thank you Silversands for the beautiful memories!. See you soon. Read less

I am giving this experience five stars for the reasons outlined below, but it was unfortunately marred by some slight imperfections. The pros: - Incredible service, no request is too big, my husband was celebrated at every meal on his birthday, I lost a small medical device and asked to look through the garbage for it but housekeeping wouldn't hear of it and found it for me in the garbage themselves, we have truly been overwhelmed by the above-and-beyond attitude of the members of Silversands' staff at every turn - The food is reliably very good (if pricey), the included breakfast is delicious and lingering for hours is encouraged, the refreshing snacks and complimentary water by the beach and pool are a wonderful touch - The spa is to die for, ask for Florica, you will NOT be disappointed - The property is immaculate - The architecture is stunning - The beach and ocean water are wonderful, calm and warm at all times, all water sport activities are included and we loved the see-through kayaks (though we saw no sea life, the coral was beautiful) and SUPs - The 100m pool is gasp-inducing, salt-water and warm The cons: - The physical finishes are rickety; we've had a ceiling leak, a long-term non-working outlet, a broken refrigerator, a drawer-front falling off the cabinetry, etc. The hotel is six years old and not surprisingly needs some refinishing. There is only so much of this more intensive maintenance the staff can do. They moved us immediately when the ceiling leaked, but although the hotel is not fully booked it took a while to clean new rooms for us and several phone calls to get hanging items moved from the old room to the new room - The hotel is located in an urban area on the main road, which means that although your room looks out on an incredible ocean vista, you'll hear road noise, including honking horns, coming from behind the low hotel buildings - There are very loud barking neighborhood dogs, especially on the side of the property near Hotel Building 2 (request Hotel 1 if you can) - if you are located on the first floor of either hotel you will not have an ocean view Other tips: - Highly recommend a half day island tour to orient yourself to the history, topography, etc. of Grenada - LaLuna restaurant was wonderful - Take the free transport to the sister Beach House property for a change of pace Read less

It’s a glorious spot. The hotel is understated but feels like a luxury space. Beautiful modern rooms with big balconies and bathrooms. Staff all knew our names within hours. Breakfast was delicious w so many fresh baked goods, yogurts, all kinds of eggs and delicious coffees. Big difference from some other spots is that you are part of local life. All beaches are public and this beach has locals in the middle of it combined w cruise people who go and perch themselves for the day. Our end of beach tranquil and not crowded and very safe feeling. Multiple security guards at every hour on the beach. No saving chaise lounges at beach or pool. It was relaxed and intimate feeling and no craziness around not getting a perfect spot. We were in hotel 2. If we go back would want hotel 1. It would be a little further from the beach restaurants that play music. Biggest downside to being part of local life is dogs are a big thing. Across the road from our hotel we could hear dogs barking a lot. Didn’t disturb sleep but made it less than peaceful on balcony. Sweet Grenada Tours w Dwayne as owner was the best w taxi rides and half day cocoa and spice tour. Eco tour for 3.5 hour snorkel was excellent and in Flamingo bay we snorkeled so close to reef and fish and was very special. Good solid food around the island. Nothing exceptional but able to get good salads and grilled fish and not crazy high prices. 61 West solid grilled fish and fun live music on Friday. Dexters excellent and get res in advance. Laluna live instruments sat night and great grilled lobster. Grenadian grill live music on Sat night and good grilled fish. Beet carpaccio better than beet main. Great healthy salads for lunch from Umbrellas. We loved the trip and the place. Highly recommend. It’s the most beautiful resort on Grand Anse beach. Nothing compares. And of course it’s the people that make a vacation special. Thank you Raj, Sharif, Laurence, Vadie, Steph, Lehonor, Shevonney, Jadine, Shanelle, Dijon, D’Andre, Nicole, and so many others who I’m missing. Read less
