Where is it

Located on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with easy access to various attractions in Dubai, including the Mall of the Emirates, Aquaventure Waterpark, and more. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

Hotel information

258 rooms and 67 suites. All with basic WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, Molton Brown bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers. Luxury Rooms have side views of the resort from a private balcony, a workspace and a bathroom with standalone bathtub and walk-in shower. With 1 king-size bed or twin beds, and sofa bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Board basis options:

Bed & Breakfast option: includes breakfast at Palm Kitchen.

Half Board option: includes lunch or dinner at Palm Kitchen.

Full Board option: includes lunch and dinner @ Palm Kitchen.

Children up to 11.99 booked on HB/FB are only entitled to the Kids Menu.

Half Board Dine Around option: lunch or dinner and Full Board Dine Around option: lunch and dinner at Palm Kitchen (international buffet), The Coast (Half Board/Full Board set menu), Roaring Rabbit (Half Board/Full Board set menu) and Raia (Half Board/Full Board set menu (dinner only and age 21 years +).

Restaurant options are subject to change. On 31st December Half Board will be available for lunch only. On 31st December Full Board will not be available.

Half Board Dine Around Plus and Full Board Dine Around Plus (unlimited drink supplement*): at Palm Kitchen (international buffet), The Coast (Half Board/Full Board set menu), Roaring Rabbit (Half Board/Full Board set menu) and Raia (Half Board/Full Board set menu (dinner only and age 21 years +).

*The drinks supplement is available for lunch or dinner only and includes an unlimited beverage package as per the below conditions: • Drinks are to be consumed exclusively during mealtime while dining in the outlet • Unlimited alcohol package for adults only (21 years and above) • The drinks package is not applicable from December 24, 2023, to January 03, 2024.

Inclusions - adults: full range of sodas and soft drinks / non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails) / local bottled still and sparkling water/ premium coffee and teas/juices / selected cocktails, spirits and liquors / selected beers and wine by the glass. Luxury Sea View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, and sofa bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Luxury Family Room King Bed with a balcony overlooking the surrounding sides of the resort, spacious workspace, and bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Exotica Sea View Room with Club Lounge Access are located on the higher floors of the resort with a balcony overlooking the Arabian Sea. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Luxury Suites offer a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the surrounding sides of the resort. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Luxury Suite Sea View are also available, these suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Grand Luxury Suite Sea View with Open Jacuzzi features a private terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Arabian Sea. Located on the higher floors, the suite provides a living area complete with a large sofa-bed and dining table. Sleeping maximum 4 adults. These suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Located on higher floors the Exotica Suite Sea View with Open Jacuzzi features a spacious living area, a dining space with a marble table and a kitchenette, as well as a private terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Arabian Sea. With 1 king-size bed and sofa bed sleeping maximum 4 adults. These suites include complimentary access to the Taj Club Lounge.

Complimentary shuttle service to Nakheel Mall.

7 dining and bar options including Palm Kitchen (all-day dining, International buffet), Roaring Rabbit (classic English pub food), Varq (lunch and dinner, Indian cuisine), The Coast (bistro style restaurant serving Mediterranean and International dishes), Raia Rooftop Bar & Lounge (Middle Eastern flavours, dinner), Lime Pool Bar and Emperor Lounge (lobby bar known for serving traditional English or Mumbai Afternoon Tea).

Amazing stay where we were taken care of like from family. We felt like home from day 1 till the end of our stay. I would recommend this hotel 10/10. Excellent care from stuff, tasty food, clean room and perfect atmosphere. If going back to the Palm we would choose Taj Exotica Hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Perfect service. Personal was very caring and fulfilled your every wish. Especially the pool manager Mahesch was very supportive. As fantastic waiter Michael and the chef Savan made every day special. Can recommend.

Excellent hospitality But after rain on April 16th our complete stay was spoiled we only had to stay in room. Pool area & beach side was closed. No support staff to make things ready, we had ro wait full day and had to checkout from hotel without any outdoor activities . Also routine shuttle bus services was stopped. Its the second time we have have stayed at the Taj in 2 years. This is now an annual trip as we love the hotel and everything about it. Its the second time we have have stayed at the Taj in 2 years. This is now an annual trip as we love the hotel and everything about it. Staff were brilliant, especially before staying you are put in touch with your personalised concierge. We had Vikas who was great at ensuring the room was organised the way we wanted it as well as our restaurant reservations. Even throughout the stay, we contacted him through whatsapp and everything was done for us. We also saw so many familiar faces - Faith who was promoted from our last visit, Shubnum who is now at Varq (the best indian restaurant anywhere in the UAE!) as well as many new faces who were very attentive to us. All in all, we would definitely recommend that any visitor stays here - make sure you also book the business lounge access - afternoon tea and then cocktails for a few hours with incredible hot and cold snacks - well worth the additional fee! You wont regret it. This place is great for all - couples can have a great time as well as lots to do for families with children of all ages.
