For similar price - I had an Ocean King at the Cove, hands-down I wanted to go back to the Reef. All properties are good by the way. But if you are after more value for your money - the Reef is whatssup. *photos are of the Reef Read less

Half of the waterpark rides were closed when we were here. I was told by staff that there wasn't enough lifeguards to man the rides. Challenger slide and Jungle slide were open for like 4 hours and then closed the rest of the day. So were other slides on the Power Tower. Challenger slide and Jungle slide were open for like 4 hours and then closed the rest of the day. So were other slides on the Power Tower. There were kiddie slides at the kids pool that were closed the entire time of our stay. It is so expensive to stay here as it is one of the pricier resorts in the Bahamas and everything is auto-gratuity 15% and extra 10% so on top of the high prices you are already paying, they tack on 25% on top of every bill. She was so patient and attended to everything I needed. She is a gem for your hotel, super friendly and loves her job. Also I need to mention Cyprianna my new Aries Friend at the concierge who made it possible to squeeze us at the Fish restaurant for my husband's bday, From all our family thank you for making our stay so memorable. I am already looking to book again . Sota Family Read less

I do wish there were umbrellas or huts at the beach as it gets super hot and the canopy chairs don't block the sun when it is directly in front of you. Aquaventure was fun. Lines were not long for the most part. On Sunday, there are many cruise ships in port and it got busy, but other than that, very enjoyable. My only real caveat with the resort is the food. Some places were good, like Paranza and Fish, but otherwise the food was mediocre at best and incredibly overpriced. Read less
