The hotel

In an incredible location, Towers Rotana offers a wonderfully friendly base from which to explore your exciting surrounds. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms spacious and well equipped with all the home-from-home comforts you’d expect. The beach is only a hop and a skip away but a lovely place to while away an hour or two is the hotel’s own rooftop swimming pool, admiring views of Jumeirah Boulevard in-between dips. Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good choice for breakfast. Ideally located to the Metro. Free shuttle bus to the beach.

Excellent hotel great location for a base nothing is too far away... all the restaurants in hotel served good quality food and even the buffet was good.. can't wait to come back in the near future.. even during the floods the hotel ran smoothly and efficiently

Ideally situated-walking distance from museum of the future and Dubai mall (approx 35 mins) food was outstanding, the kids loved the 3 course meal at longs bar. The pool was small but ideal as the kids could be seen at all times, plus there was a lifeguard on duty. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a guest room with pull out bed- it was spacious and light with a huge window overlooking the pool. We were all inclusive and found this to be extremely good value, there was somewhere to eat and drink all day and it included alcohol between 12 and 10.30pm. We loved our stay and loved Dubai. The service in the entire hotel is really perfect. Everyone is super nice and helpful. And the room service couldn't be better. I have to especially praise Bijesh. He was super nice, super polite and always kept my room really clean. Bijesh made my stay at the Rotana Hotel perfect!
