Everyone in the hotel was so welcoming and helpful and attentive. They catered to us so our little one was specially comfortable and had a great play area. We had the pleasure of having Nadeem and other colleagues that took care of everything and were so wonderful that we want yo come back and so this again. They made this experience unforgettable for us as parents and great for our little one. We returned for the Once Upon A Brunch, not having a great experience first time around. This time we were looked after by Rohit, who was exceptional in the experience he provided and his hospitality as well as being able to understand and forsee customer needs, saving us a lot of hassle and being able to enjoy the brunch. We had a great time and the staff was amazing and special shout out to Nadeem, nella, rohit, Abdul, kiran, riyas, vaishak, nirmoli, anadu. Food was fantastic, great selection and quality. Service was also top notch the staff ensure all of our needs were met.
