I've just completed a 4-night stay at the Marriott Copley and had an excellent stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. It's also connected to the Prudential Center which is an extra bonus. I would like to commend the following staff members in the M Lounge: Robin, Patti, Laura, and Allison. Beautiful remodel of the Hotel. We have stayed several times in the past. Spotlessly clean, perfect location, especially in poor weather as it's connected to 2 Malls. The boys loved the indoor pool.
