The Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

This good value on-strip casino hotel boasts an enormous pool area and is home to the must-see Tournament of Kings dinner show, complete with knights on horseback, jousting, pyrotechnics and Merlin himself. Las Vegas’s take on old England, the Excalibur would surprise the Knights of the Round Table. But that’s where it leaves England behind and takes on the world. There’s the all-American casino (with 100,000 sq ft of gaming), games arcade, and branch of Johnny Rockets’ famous hamburger chain. There’s Italy, Mexico and Asia (and a bit more America) in its casual restaurants and food court. And there’s Australia in its ‘Thunder from Down Under’ adult show and Australian Bee Gees tribute concert.

Average experience. Gaming area staff left a lot to be desired. Bed was Extremely firm and shower was super slippery . Not sure I would ever return even if it was comped . Still a little better than circus circus I guess..

I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and the hotel operator was so rude that I ended up cussing her. I arrived at the hotel and the clerk was very rude too. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen! The hotel rooms needs to be updated it. Very old furnitures. Overall I wasn’t happy at all with this hotel.

Had a great stay here during our last trip. Definitely recommend a stay fresh room as they are extremely clean and have an in room air purifier which keeps the room smelling nice and clean. Casino and restaurants were also very clean and accommodating!

The whole experience was pretty good. All out bosses and dealers were great. Rooms need updated. Seems like the rooms have not been updated in the last five rooms that I have been staying there. Also would like to see let it ride tables be open all the time.

They cost $25 per night to have a refrigerator brought to your room. There is no microwave in the room or anywhere in the facility. If you’re staying in the resort tower, be prepared to walk a long distance from the parking garage. If you have kids, I don’t recommend staying here.
