I’ve waited 35 years to come to this hotel and it certainly exceeded my expectations. Since you walk through the door you are treated like royalty. The place is outstanding! Close to the important sites, restaurants are amazing! And the service is immaculate.

The restaurant was almost empty. There were at keast 6 peopke on staff. We waiting 10 minutes before I asked someone to take our order. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and i ordered the soup. The portions were so small- prices outrageous. We waited again for someone to approach with a dessert menu but no-one came. We paid for our neal. As we were leaving i spoke to the waitress Orel. A waiter approached - Hevel- and was extremely rude. Said tgat he told us that there were no tables as they were short staffed. I asked why he seated us- he should have just been honest. All in all a horrible experience Read less
