Standard Rooms are 205-220 sq ft in size, and are interior facing, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are 235-245 sq ft in size, and are exterior facing, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Premier Interior Rooms are 270 sq ft in size, and overlook the quiet courtyard, with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premier View Rooms are 245-265 sq ft in size, and feature views of the city skyline or San Francisco bay, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Skyline Studio Rooms feature views of the cities skyline, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

The delivery is service is exceptional the bedding is comfortable and rooms are a great size and very clean, an older style hotel great value and awesome location at Nob Hill. My 3rd stay here at the Stanford. The delivery is service is exceptional the bedding is comfortable and rooms are a great size and very clean, an older style hotel great value and awesome location at Nob Hill. A cool little bar with a tasty menu all staff are friendly and happy. An easy walk to Fishermans wharf and Union Square. Recommend breakfast at Roxannes a 5min walk the coffee is so good. Read less

Heads up though, it's perched right on top of Nob Hill, so if you're physically challenged like me, it can be a little daunting walking back up after a day out. The hotel is really clean and well maintained. From the lobby to the room. I stayed in a Deluxe Queen, the room is quite big, with all the basic amenities, coffee and tea maker, a very comfortable bed and a sitting area. Would definitely stay here again. Read less

We had a great stay. Rooms were very clean and large. Bed was super comfy. Nob Hill location was great. Gym had lots of good equipment. We will come back again.

This is our first time in SF and we chose to stay in this hotel- loved it. Located in the city close to most attractions. You could take the cable car down to union to Pier 39. It was convenient for us since we didn’t rent a car during our stay. I would come back again for sure. Good restaurants all within 10-15 mins walk.

From arrival to departure this hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was great. The room was big and had great views. We forgot razors and toothbrushes and they brought them to our room quickly. They got our bags out of and into vehicles. Could not have been better. Highly recommend!!!
