Our recent vacation was exceptionally memorable as we celebrated my birthday. The hotel is set on sprawling grounds, yet transportation is convenient with buggies readily available to whisk you to any destination within minutes. The stunning natural mangroves, the beautiful beach, and the luxuriously comfortable pool with its varied cabanas and well-thought-out amenities made our celebration extraordinary. The hotel staff truly made the experience unparalleled, particularly in the Food & Beverage department, from delightful breakfasts to evenings spent at the impressive Mekong restaurant. Our expectations were surpassed, thanks to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to enhance our special moments. Special appreciation goes to Imran and Charu for introducing us to the ultimate Riesling and Vietnamese cuisine pairing. The entire team was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Davendra graciously guided us around the property, while Amjad promptly addressed any minor room issues we encountered. Although it was occasionally difficult to collaborate with some ladies front desk (likely due to busy periods), the rest of the staff admirably filled in the gaps.
