Standard View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Gulf View Rooms feature a private balcony with views of the coastline, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Gulf Front Junior Suites offer direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a deluxe bathroom featuring a a step-in shower and separate Roman-style tub. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and a double sleeper sofa sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

The property is gorgeous. Location cannot be beat. Common areas are lovely as well. Room was slightly beat up. Hotel seemed short staffed with long waits at front desk, concierge, and activities desk, though once you reach a staff person they are very accommodating. The property is gorgeous. Location cannot be beat. Common areas are lovely as well. Room was slightly beat up. Hotel seemed short staffed with long waits at front desk, concierge, and activities desk, though once you reach a staff person they are very accommodating. TV is the room was broken and the only solution was to “send up an engineer” which wasn’t ideal. Exterior grounds were pretty dirty in the mornings from the night before and this was unsightly to walk out to. Hot tubs needed cleaning as did the beach. Pool service was on point! Overall, a good stay but for the price could improve. Read less

Wonderful stay! Staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Beach chairs were easy to access everyday. Beach and water were meticulous. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back again!

Sandpearl Resort is the gem of Clearwater Beach! The grounds are gorgeous not to mention the private beach. The staff is well seasoned and professional. A special shout out to Manny at the bell stand. The day my husband and I arrived the resort was sold out. Despite the bell stand being completely slammed, Manny was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us so we could access our suits and take advantage of the gorgeous beach while our room was being prepared. Lily at the front desk was helpful and professional assisting us with late check out and offering waters upon our departure. All of this combined with Valentina’s warm welcome with a glass of champagne (at check out too!) sets Sandpearl apart from any other property around. Read less

We had a wonderful family weekend here at Sandpearl. Resort is beautiful and clean, close to beach and restaurants.
