The hotel

What a unique place! The lifts ascend diagonally up the pyramid wall and the beam of light that shines from the top can be seen from 10 miles up in space. Vegas gets hotter than Egypt in the summer, so you’ll appreciate the 5-acre pool area with 4 pools, as well as a new adult VIP pool* section. Check out the hotel's dining options too — there's Diablos Cantina, Tender Steakhouse, Backstage Deli, Pyramid Café, Public House, and The Buffet at Luxor. In the sumptuous Nurture Spa, you can enjoy treatments like botanical body buffs, Swedish massages and refresher facials. Blue Man Group is comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one. You'll be closer to the action than ever before at the specially designed Blue Man Theatre at Luxor Hotel and Casino. It's an outrageous multi-sensory experience you'll never forget.

If your a wheelchair user, not a good choice as the carpet is thick making it exhausting to push through and hard to find elevtors to get around other then to the hotel rooms. Called customer service prior to arriving to the hotel to get a roll in shower option and the lady on the phone said the changes has been made so i can just do the mobile check in and skip the desk. The room that was assigned was just a normal room. Read less

You ARE HOUSEKEEPING! I was shocked and dismayed that in a “Stay Well” room there was enough build up and dirt in the drapes, carpet and furniture to fill a Giant Kirby bag. I have been in tons of old hotels - hundreds of years old and never been this disgusted.

The cleanliness was not good carpet was dirty & what looked like human body fluid dried on the wall near the bed. The Suite was in overall bad shape We also requested Coffee refill for our in Suite coffee maker 5 times and only received it on the 5th time after going to front desk In person. The pool was under construction, half of it was closed. Was misrepresented on the Luxor Website with no warning of construction activities The pool area was part of our decision on choosing the resort, this ended up hindering our plans The Premier room I got last year was very clean and appealing versus either one of the 2 Elite Tower Suites we got this year, not to mention Suites being triple what paid last year per room. Triple the price= less Quality Does not Equate The front desk Staff was wonderful . Personal Thank You to , the young lady with the unique name that started with an “S” , very polite ,helpful, and outgoing personality. Definitely an asset to the Luxor Staff Read less

This place was not a good place from the elevator not working to the room being dirty, although I was told it was clean.
