Grande Plunge Pool Butler Suites are the largest of all the suites, with 1900 sq feet of indoor and outdoor living space, offering a huge furnished living area, an additional discreet television hidden into the bedroom frame, a wrap-around fully-stocked wet bar, an outdoor shower, and a king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The Greathouse Restaurant (a la carte with indoor and outdoor dining, refreshed menus and infused with dishes during lobster season with no additional cost). Poolside cocktail and hors d’oeuvre service. Additional a la carte dining venues are available at the 4* Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, 'Silk' Asian Fusion, 'Calabash' Caribbean Creole, 'Trattoria' al fresco Italian, and oceanfront 'La Luna'*. The casual favourites from Jerk Treehouse can also be brought to you by your personal butler throughout the day every day of the week. Plus enjoy 7 bars including the Peter Johns Rum Bar complete with sky terrace, and the idyllic Paradise Beach Bar with dramatic ocean views from your rustic bar swing.

He was great setting up adventures and spa days and booking dinners and events for us so that we could just enjoy without the planning! Everything we needed was included, and we even added extra spa days and a snorkling trip which were so much fun; they'll even make bubble baths for you (my wife was thrilled!!). Ethan was so helpful booking everything for us. Beach cabana days were the most relaxing thing ever too! The staff was all super nice and so fun to talk to. Tyler, Joela, Sabby and Delvon were amazing hosts/hostesses. Charles the bartender was amazing at giving us fruity drinks. The food at the Great House is amazing. We ate there everyday for all our meals and never tired of it. The coconut ice cream was superb!! We are already thinking about a return trip in the future. Read less

My wife and I had an amazing time! We came to Serenity to celebrate our Honeymoon. Ethan, Cordela, George, Charles, Kevin, Ray and all of the other amazing people on Coconut Bay staff welcomed us with smiling faces and great service! They were truly amazing. The staff worked as a team. The chefs prepared the finest meals. The entire place was well cared for from the gardens to the pools, the rooms and the dining areas. Christopher Chin, the manager, runs an exceptional team. Looking for true serenity? Don’t sleep on this one. I highly encourage you to book the Grande Luxury Suite. Although all the rooms are truly divine. I loved the privacy of having my own pool, my own butler (Ethan is amazing!!!), my own bar fully stocked with all the drinks I love. Room service was remarkable. You could really just stay in your suite the entire time and be in the lap of luxury. But don’t. The pool was lovely, the bartenders are friendly, the wait staff in the restaurant were attentive. Each meal was a culinary delight presented like art. A great meal begins in the eyes and then will the flavor. Everything I ate and drank was five star. I also enjoyed the beach cabanas. I spent the day enjoying the beach hammocks, butler service, lying on the swinging bed and lounging on the chaise while watching the ocean waves and enjoying the breeze. You know it’s been a remarkable experience when you begin planning to return before you even leave. Kevin, Delon, Ray, Jonathan, Tyler and Lee were always an absolute blast at the bar. Latoya teaches you how to make a mean Mai Tai during Tiki Class- Chef Lucy made us into Sushi professionals- and Sabby brought out our true artistry during our Painting class. It was refreshing having a smaller resort and getting to know all of the guests on a personal level throughout the trip. We truly made friends that will continue in the real world. McCarthy was just an absolute gift. He always checked in and was at the ready for anything we needed. Even when the airlines delayed my luggage arrival- McCarthy was there for me with any necessities and immediately brightened my mood. I could absolutely keep going with all of the wonderful amenities and memories. 10/10 experience and we WILL be coming back! Read less
