Visited Sandals St. Vincent for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive and helpful with our needs and any questions that we had throughout our stay. The infinity pools and beach were a great way to enjoy the St. Vincent sun. As this is a new resort, there still was construction going on throughout the property and training of staff was still occurring throughout some restaurants and bars. We were fortunate to go on the excursion to Tobago Keys where we were able to snorkel with sea turtles, starfish and sting-rays. We were able to try each of the sit-down restaurants during our stay and would rank them as followed: 1. Buccan - family-style dining with local and authentic food to the island. (need reservations) 2. Scrimshaw - seafood (favorite dishes: fried red snapper, grilled conch, hamachi tiradito, tuna crudo) 3. Parisol Beach Club (breakfast/lunch - favorite dishes: Phuolori, Bakes, Callaloo and Artichoke Spread, Bread Pudding, Breadfruit Hash, Cracked Conch, Guava Parfait, Mahi Bites) 4. Jerk Shack: (lunch - favorite dishes: chicken jerk, festival) 4. Sora (favorite dishes: fried calamari, costoletta di vitello, marinated olives, Gnocchi Al Pesto) 5. Gatsu-Gatsu (favorite dishes: seared tuna tataki, shrimp tempura, crispy octopus takoyaki, yuzu cheesecake) 6. Butch's (need reservations - favorite dishes: crispy goat cheese salad, 10 Oz. delmonico steak, steamed asparagus, Passion Fruit Creme Brulee) Additionally, the bartenders were amazing with making and creating drinks upon requests. Make sure to try the local Sunset Rum! We have to thank a few staff members for making our stay especially special. Huge shoutout to Zarifa and Rosemine from the Three Jewels Rum Bar (ask for the Tobago Tide made by Zarifa), the energy brought daily by Adrian, Rika, Jante, and Jelani, and all of the Aqua Center Staff. We also enjoyed the reef snorkeling included in the resort’s amenities. The food at Gatsu Gatsu was our favorite. Amazing resort. Gutsu Gutsu manager Jeffery was so kind. We walked in during closing time for dinner but he sat us down and took our order. He really made our day.

Sandals St Vincent is beautiful and while they are putting the finishing touches on the property for the GO in Sept. We felt spoiled by our Butlers Kervin Binafi and Khaeshma! Unique property especially the beachfront butler villas! Awesome!!
