No a good experience..... Shower wouldn't work or drain properly so maintenance had to come fix. Also there was what looked like blood staining on 1 of the pillows..... Location is ok kinda close to everything. Also the pool and hot tub where closed..... Just a waste of money!!

We stayed at a time where the spa/pool was under Reno. But it was nice and mostly clean. Relaxing. Other than finding prior occupant's property in our room, it was very clean. The tv could have been easier to use and have different channels available. But it was cozy and nice for the night.

Overall this hotel provides a place to sleep, and relax. I would describe it as being business friendly. The location is great, you are slightly away from the main hustle and bustle of main street, but close enough to grab dinner in a few minutes if you want to head that way. I would just say for those on family trips, or special occasions that the hotel is a bit plain. Think of a Holiday Inn Express. The restaurant and breakfast could potentially be nice, but they are on pretty limited hours so have other options ready. Lastly, we were not notified of the pool and hot tub being closed until check-in. While the hotel does have a sister location nearby that you are available to use, it was a slight let down. Keep in mind that everyone must go through maintenance at sometime and we stayed in a slow part of the year, so it does make sense that this maintenance occurred during the time we were there, but still a little notice would have been appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very efficient upon check-in and check-out. The room was exceptional in its cleanliness and amenities.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Will return to this hotel again. Pool is beautiful and there is an adult only sauna!
